Dr Sia is so gentle with those people who have rolling or small veins. Instead of being stuck 4 or 5 times at Labcorp, since I've been going to St Johns Biomedical I only get stuck once.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. One of the nicest, most caring medical establishments I've ever been to.I went in this morning with a list of 19 labs ordered by my doctor. The cost for this was going to be VERY expensive - especially for me as a self-pay patient. Instead of just taking my money, the phlebotomist on call suggested that I call my doctor to see if they could reduce the list of tests needed. He felt so badly for me because I left "empty-handed" that he offered to make me a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. This kind of service is unheard of.Another side note is that the lady who checked me in kept apologizing to me that I had to wait "so long" when it was only 10-15 minutes!

I've used them twice now. Never have to wait very long, best is when they open. Office personnel are right there for you. The flabotamist is very gentle and gets blood the first time. I like that! Exceptional professionals. C. Montana

Good and prompt service. I don't experience any pain in blood drawing. Employees, as well as, Dr. Sia are very friendly.

After waiting an hour at quest only to be told, point blank, that I would likely never be seen due to scheduled appointments I decided to try this lab on a recommendation.I will never be back to quest ever again.Within 10 minutes of walking in, I had all new patient processing completed and my blood drawn. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommend to anyone tired of the "who cares about the customer" experience at quest.By the way, this place was one of a handful that managed to draw blood without really any pain. I was extremely impressed.

Will never go back! Person that took my blood was theowner/ Doctor. He was coughing everywhere not coveringhis mouth , complete disregard for anyone not patients or staff.Mold in waiting room place is disgusting!

I have been here a couple of times and received prompt service, however, today I had to take an Uber to get my blood work only to find a locked door with a handwritten note posted saying they had just closed for an hour for lunch. There is nothing about this on their website! I am disabled and living on Social Security so this was not only a huge inconvenience, but also a waste of money and my time. Maybe you should update your hours on your website!

Only place I go - excellent service and great staff and spot on analysis on all , even the most sophisticated testing, for last 3years. As an aside, I hope that the lobby furnishings get a refresh this year - otherwise absolutely excellent.
