Recently my old computer crashed. Went to Staples because it was so nearby. Techs were wonderful. They were working as a team. Got my new computer for a fair price and a service plan. So I can bring it in if I have any issues. Thank you Staples.

I recently had an emergency with my laptop, which I rely on for remote work in the tech industry. I went to Staples and was fortunate to be assisted by Michael. He immediately fixed the issue and was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. Michael took the time to understand my problem and provided a level of expertise that is rare to find in big box stores. Sales Associate matured man went off his way to help me about my ink cartridges. Helped me reestablish my Staples Rewards, looked online to see if easier/cheaper to purchase ink cartridges but how much time to be delivered to me.

I had to run in to Staples in St. Augustine for printer ink. The sales associate was very helpful and took me right to the product I needed and then checked me out! What's not to like! Great helpful people there!

Loud music, no available staff and limited selection. not where i wanted to find myself on a Friday morning at 9am having to prepare a deck, so i left without having purchased anything. It was clean.

Erika, you’re the best!
Went into get some prints and was blown away with the service! I could tell the staff was being pulled in multiple directions and likely short handed. She was polite, professional and f accommodating. I will do all my printing business at this location, solely based on my experience today. Keep up the great work!

Constantly losing mail. Not sure if the employees are meth addicts or just incompetent.UPDATE: Lauren at Staples offered me a $20 Staples gift card for LOSING my mail 3 times. Mail that cannot be recovered. Unacceptable. It is time for the courts to decide how to punish Staples for their wanton negligence.

I took two FedEx packages in the store and told two employees that they were FedEx packages. They took them from me for pick up. I can track one package with my FedEx app but the other one is showing up as not picked up. I called Staples and they said they don’t take Fed Ex packages! These packages are worth a lot of money!!!

Extremely disappointing customer service from three different employees in one hour. From being barked at when asking if I was in the correct line for shipping services (It's not marked) to having another employee just walk away in the middle of paying for the shipping and not returning.I won't using this store again.
