My shoes are worse. Seems as though someone took 30 seconds to put polish on the shoes and then didn’t take the time to even wipe it off, much less actually polish the shoes. Crusted polish in every crease. I don’t have a lot of time at the moment and thought I’d treat myself because I love these shoes and can’t find anything like them anymore. Apparently they weren’t worth his time and my time would have been better spent watching a you-tube video and doing it myself rather than driving to this shop. Extremely disappointed.

Extremely rude was here on vacation and my boots broke. I came in and asked how long and man said next Wednesday which is fine but I told him I didn't have that much time I was leaving to go back home and the man told me to zip zapity out of his shop. Not only that but he acted like my boots were not worth the money to have repaired.

Had a pair of shoes that needed the heels repaired. Found Suncoast Shoes & Repairs in St. Augustine, FL. My shoes where repaired better than the original heel and where ready when promised. Rates are very reasonable and the quality of repair excellent. Thank you.

I just got my Justin boots back. Tony did a great job repairing the heels on both boots. I dropped them off on Tuesday and picked them back up on a Friday morning. They feel great!

I never received a call back. Even if you can’t assist a customer, at least, call them back and tell them.
