I can’t even begin to thank this company enough for not only getting to the root of the problem promptly, but for how seriously they took the sense of urgency in getting out to our place and inspecting.
The owner of the company Mark is a very knowledgeable and caring person. He was able to diagnose our issue with me simply explaining what was going on in our home over the phone when our maintenance staff couldn’t figure it out in 2 months.
This company is very compassionate, honest, efficient and thorough with the results.
10/10 recommend!

Mark and the TCB Enviro team are awesome. We had them to our house to check moisture in our wall. They quickly responded, evaluated the situation and put together a mitigation plan. Mark was very communicative, professional, transparent and fair.
10/10 would hire again.

Mark claimed he would help us get out of our lease contract, when he did not do so. Having paid for the service now feels like a waste of money. He did the testing properly, and tried contacting the apartment complex on our behalf, but it was not enough. They should not be assuring customers they can do things that do not come to fruition. If you are looking for someone to help get out of your moldy apartment, just go straight to code enforcement and consumer affairs. This company is not worth the money.

Do not hire this company for mold remediation. I hired Mark last June (2023) to test for and to remediate mold in my condo. A few months later I realized there was still mold (per my allergic symptoms) and contacted Mark via email which he did not respond to. Recently (May 2024), I hired a reputable firm to retest for mold and learned that the mold was not properly remediated in my home by Mark and his employee. The firm I hired has indicated he did not provide proper documentation of the work performed to me. The company I hired to redo the testing found that certain areas were not properly treated and in another area, the molded drywall that was cut out behind the dishwasher was left behind the dishwasher. Hence, the mold has reminded in both areas. Mark has not responded to my emails to discuss and has not offered any compensation for the work that I must have redone. In addition, the repair to one area of a textured wall was very sloppy - it was behind my sofa so only saw it when the area was recently retested. In addition, the paint used in the same area does not match the remaining wall. These are just high notes. I have since learned that the same company should not both perform the test and complete the remediation. I have also been told the areas should have been retested and a certificate of remediation issued which would be needed to resell. In addition, pictures nor details of work preformed were provided. Mark was quick to request cash payment (almost $7k) and to show up to collect the cash when I was working with him.
Mark came across trustworthy and knowledgeable which is why I hired him last June to do the work. Since, the lack of response and learning about what should have been that was does is a red flag.
Absent of any response from Mark, I will file a complaint against him and TCB Enviro Corp with the BBB and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation under mold related services. In addition to lack of response, inadequate and incomplete performance of this type of service is not acceptable.

We can’t begin to thank Mark from TCB EnviroCorp enough for showing up at our condo! We’re new to the mold world down here in St Augustine, and Florida. We were lost in what direction or course of action to take, and appreciate Mark’s patient explanations on identifying mold, taking air samples & swabs, and what would be needed to have a safe environment in our condo! We look forward to working with Mark in the future.

Mark is fantastic! After he did such a thorough job the first time, I called him again later for another property. He took time to answer all my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond by explaining things in detail so I could feel confident I had a clear understanding. I would definitely call him again if needed.

I called here this morning as we are experiencing a nightmare with a landlord in St Petersburg. I was looking for answers as I was getting no where at every turn. Mark answered the phone immediately, was very informative and helpful. I was not even looking to hire him, I just had no where else to turn. He even offered to look at all of the documentation that we have to date, free of charge! You don’t get that too often. As I stated I was not looking to hire him and yet he took the time to help me, answer all of my questions. This has been a very trying time for my family and he totally put me in a much more comfortable position with all of the information he provided. I pray to god that I never need this service again but if I do, based on my interaction with him this morning I would absolutely turn to this company.
