has to be the worst bank location ever delt with. every time i visit this bank i want to change banks. I bank with TD because theyre everywhere. with that being said ive had better experiences in the ghettos of philly, baltimore, nyc Boston NJ. the tellers at this bank seem to be learning how to do there job every time i go in. then on top of that, their atm works differently than all the other td atms i use on the east coast. the manager had to be ask 5 different times every time ive been in to figure out how to deposite checks!!! then i went last week to use atm sadly and lane was closed so i went in. all the employees standing in a circle not doing a thing told me to go back out to the atm because it works i just have to walk up, cant drive up. instead of just asking what i need and assisting quickly they pushed me out the door. nevermind anyway it takes you 15minutes to do anything weather its deposite a check or just grab a quick withdraw the tellers ive had take 15 mins regardless, line, no line, manager or not. what a let down. dont go to this bank un less you want to start looking for a new bank. this bank turned me away from TD Banks. Do NoT Recommend

Since my son has had a large deposit he has the worst experience. Everything is held etc. card froze. So annoying.

Marianne Hunt did an absolute amazing job helping me with setting up a business account. She went above and beyond to explain things to me and set it up promptly. I really appreciate it. Go see her at this branch if you want things done quickly and efficiently!

I love this bank. The tellers are always so friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait in line more than two minutes. The best part, no waiting for debit cards. I lost mine and got a replacement on the spot.

TD Bank in St Augustine must acquire their ATMs at Flee Markets , like a Bad Fighter They're DOWN more than up. Then the customer relations, they will randomly inactivate your card while attempting to withdraw money WITHOUT PROVOCATION and then you must contact their Fraud Department to Clear A Random Block on your card....This is Harassment!!!
