This place has great yoga with some very special teachers. Mike had one of my favorite Vinyasa classes I’ve been to in a long time, i would love if he had more!! The heat is always good in the Sun Room and it’s a great community here.

Great studio with fabulous teachers. I did the moon room, warm yoga. Did it two days in a row while on vacay. Worked every inch of my body and I feel fantastic. So glad I went.
