Bought a piece for my water pipe and ASKED specifically if it could be exchanged for the right size if when I got home it didn't fit (unused, obviously). I was told absolutely. Call the next day and they say they don't have that size in stock but to keep checking throughout the week. Long story short, it was never "in stock", and an employee told me to stop calling and hung up on me.
