I have been coming here for one year now and I love my nail Technician Eli . She is the best in acrylic nails and pays attention to details. Everyone is nice. Highly recommend booking an appointment. This place gets very busy and sometimes you share nail technicians.

Never going back to this place! On top of over charging, my SNS nails started breaking off after only 1 week, which revealed infected nails underneath. I’m disgusted and now have little faith that they’re actually cleaning their tools properly. BEWARE!!

ZERO STARS - Don't ever come here !!! They use the names of former employees online to LURE YOU IN and also LIE TO YOU. I booked with a specific person online and when I went there, the owners told me that the person was unavailable and when I asked when they would be available, they told me an excuse and that someone else could take care of me. The person who took over did a horrendous job and it was not what I expected. I later found out that I was lied to by the owners about the person I originally booked with.

I scheduled a pedicure and nails for my granddaughter. And a pedicure for myself a week early. At 9 AM on Saturday, December 31. As me and my granddaughter arrived, they act like I had not made an appointment which I had it on my phone where they had gave me a reminder. As we set getting our feet done, the young lady doing my granddaughter was done within minutes probably just washed her feet and that was about it and then cleaned up and walked away as I was still getting my pedicure. My granddaughter with big tears in her eyes said grandma was at all they didn’t even do my nails. So as I sat there another 10 minutes I asked another lady can she get her nails done that’s what we asked for and she goes. Oh yes, have her come here and she did do a good job on her nails, but her pedicure was horrible and as I was getting ready to leave. The young lady cash me out and said oh sorry I made a mistake she charge me $770. She went and got the manager. He said oh sorry it’ll be back in your bank in three days, will it be a New Year’s and a holiday , I was just very upset. My granddaughter was even worse to see tears in her eyes . I honestly will think twice before going back here again.Services: Manicure

I have hesitated to write a review as they, generally, do an ok pedi; however, why do they take appointments and not honor the time? The last 2 times I was seen 20 minutes later. Today, I went at my scheduled time. It was obvious that there were no techs available and the place was very busy. I didn’t even wait 5 minutes before I left. I’m sure what happens is they take all walk-ins regardless of upcoming appointments. Just don’t make appointments! Then when they get busy, they rush through your service. Not a good way to run a business. Not returning.Service: Pedicure

they messed up my nails and my polish chipped not even an hour after i got them done and i went back and got it fixed and my design is messed up and i don’t like it.

havent had the best experience here - tried 3 times. each time i was able to walk in and be seen right away so that was nice. but the quality of the nails wasnt the best. the gel polish i got peeled off in just a few days and the SNS dip i had popped off in just a few days. the staff was nice but i am done going here.

This was my first time here. I made an appt, but when I arrived, it was very busy. I was going to leave, but the manager encouraged me to stay. Manager who did my dip did a fantastic job! I have to say I am very glad I did! lee did my pedicure. fast and fantastic! I have been through many techs since moving to SA, and was disappointed! I tried this place and love their workmanship. Now, granted I don't know how how long it will last. I expect 4 weeks, bc I have been getting dip since 2015 and dip has lasted 4 to 6 weeks.But, I am hopeful❤️Service: Dip powder
