I went this location in need of something fast and I was on a budget.They were able to help me find something perfect for all of my needs that didn't kill my pockets. They delivered excellent customer service and was able to meet all of my needs very quickly. I was in the middle of complete chaos with moving items with a car full of stuff with nowhere to put it. They delivered my shed the very next day .All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved the atmosphere and the vibe that the employees gave. This is an awesome locally-owned business. Thank you all so much for everything!

I went today looking for a storage shed cause I needed the storage for somethings so I can move my aunt back in with me The young lady and gentlemen that were working were so friendly and helpful. I explained my situation with them and asked if I got one today what's the earliest they could deliver it . I was expecting couple days atleast. Surprisingly they said no problem they delivered it an hour later and set it all up tied down and what not . The 2 young gentlemen that came and delivered it were so nice and respectful. Even though i saw for a fact it was a pain getting thru my gate they made it look easy.. iam extremely glad I went there. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a unit.

Bought a handi-house from them a year and half ago. We just moved to a new house and I love my shed so much I had them come back out and relocate it for me. Same guys came to relocate it who delivered it originally. As professional and pleasant as possible each time. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Called Christmas day,Troy called me back the next day.It is January 3rd and his team has professionally installed my new shed and took away my old,rusty and battered aluminium antique utility building.
The crew completed the work within two hours and took all debris away.They also offer financing,building permits and securely anchor the new structure firmly into the ground.
No fuss no muss one stop shopping with a tremendous inventory.I am sure that Troy has a new shed for any purpose and budget. Plus they will install it a very timely manner,Thank you!

Troy is a nice guy, but the customer service essentially ends after the check is cashed. It took longer than they said to get the building delivered. The "expert staff" who put the building up are Mexicans who pretend that they don't speak English, and trying to get a garage door fixed after completion was well a chore so much so that I contracted with another vendor to fix the door. I telephoned CC, they said it would be a month. A month went by and I called, and they told me that they had tried to call me (they didn't, nothing on my call log), told me it would be another month, were real snotty about it. Shop around, get your best deal, and don't expect any customer service after the sale, and if you have problems plan on contracting with another vendor to fix it for you.Update. Troy made it good for me, by contacting the manufacturer directly and having them follow up with me. Because of Troy, this worked. He is a stand up guy, and I am grateful for his follow through.

We are very pleased with the quality of service and product provided by Troy Usina Enterprises. Troy and staff are great to work with. Our Handi-House Cedar Storage Building is a great addition to our property. We couldn’t be more pleased.

We bought 3 buildings in June of 2015 and he did not permit them even though with his years of experience, he knew what needed to be done. Fast forward to January 2018 and the lack of permits comes to light. He refused to get the permits unless we paid for them (again!) AND he charged us $260 for the late fee the county charged him! Troy Usina is not an honorable man.

Theses guys are great. We ordered a Handy House shed, it got to the lot, my wife hated the color. No hassle, no fuss, no additional charge they just ordered a whole new shed in different color, delivered a and set it up. If you are looking for a she or any other outbuilding, make sure you stop in and check out what they have or can get for you.
