Amazing repair on my Nissan Pao. Could not thank them enough. Brought in my bf Trent Falkenrath's Nissan Pao, such an adorable car. They fixed the transmission in less than a week incredible and for such a low rate. Overall if you are looking for quality service by an amazingly friendly staff then this is the place for you. Especially for the cute & obsecure Nissan Pao, I was so worried that we would have to take it to the dealership or an "JDM import specialist" mechanic and be charged a ludicrous price and have them tell us other parts of the car are broken, need to be replaced, etc. Me & Trent do most of our own repairs and have an extensive service record. I cannot express it enough but this place knows how to treat their costumers. If we ever need any difficult repairs, Turn 9 will be seeing us again.

Very happy with the service I received. I was referred here by multiple family members and was not disappointed. Larry was very helpful in resolving issues with my 2006 Prius. At every turn, He and Michelle kept me informed of my options, the timeline, etc. Only downside is Turn 9 only works on Asian vehicles so I am not able to have my other vehicle serviced here.

This business was recommended to me for service on a Toyota. Over the past 6 weeks, I have called repeatedly and left messages with my phone number for a return call. Their message states that business hours have changed due to the pandemic, but no return call has ever been received. Wondering if they are closed permanently?

Most people who take their car to a shop end up with a glorified parts replacer working on their car. That is not the case with Larry. Larry is a real mechanic who diagnosis issues and fixes things with a goal to save his customers from unnecessary expenses. You won't get upsold on anything and he only uses quality parts. You won't waste money and time with someone changing parts hoping they fixed the issue if you go to Turn 9. I do a lot of my own car maintenance, but I sometimes end up bringing my cars to Turn 9 when I don't have the equipment (or usually the desire) to fix it. I trust very few people to wrench on my cars, but 10/10 would trust Larry with any of my cars.
