This U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer provides great customer service and is very accommodating. Staff are prompt and helpful, even for last-minute rentals. Customers report receiving fairly new, very nice trucks that drive well in difficult conditions, with good wiper blades and washer fluid. Mileage is charged correctly on return. The location is considered the best in the area to rent from, ensuring everything goes smoothly. Their attention to customer service really shows, making for a great experience overall.

Location is excellent and they are really helpful. The U-Haul website sucks though. Not the locations fault, U-Haul rented out my reserved truck and I got stuck trying to rent another that as too small and took multiple trips!!
