Everyone at this location is always VERY nice and extremely helpful. We always come to this location to rent trucks because of the excellent service.

The truck was fine though the truck requiered constant micro-adjustments to stay straight and it wasn't windy. The staff were fine at pick up, though the furniture pads and doll were not in the truck when I picked it up. I had to move them myself. Not a big deal, but I thought they were meant to be in the truck ready for the customer.The truck was also only half full, which made it a little tricky at drop off to get it to the same fuel level. I overfilled a little, so u-haul got a couple of extra $s from me there.At drop off, they asked me to move the furinture pads for them inside, not a big deal but I thought I was meant to leave them in the truck and the u-haul location sort it for their customer. They also wanted me to reverse the truck right to a 6 foot vertical drop off, which felt unsafe for a customer as it would have very easily gone backwards off the cedge and damaged the truck. I stated my frustration, that this wasn't easy for the customer.The first person, an older man, made a motion as if moving his hand away from his mouth. I don't know what that means but it certainly didn't feel friendly or professional. I said I would park it though. I guess I was taking too long with the self checkout and the owner requested I give her the keys. Then passing me on the way back in, she made a comment to her colleague quite loudly that 'even I a women could back it up, it's not a big deal' which was unnecessary, unprofessional, ungriendly, and demeaning to women.It's a shame, I've had good experiences at other u-hauls. I won't go back to this location, and it will cause me to have a second thought when thinking about using u-hauls again.

My experience was wonderful and a very easy process, this was a last min thing for me finding a cheaper uhaul, the owners was super nice and sufficient, prices are cheap compared to other uhaul places, I highly recommend renting their uhaul !!!

Tried to call and reserve a truck they lady said there was no small trucks available. I then asked what trucks were available and she then said there are no trucks available. I then asked her if there was a double axle trailer Available and she did not respond and hung up on me. Treat customers better!

I picked up my 10" truck on a Sunday morning. There was only 1 employee available for check in and a fairly long line. I was there at 9:00 a.m and didn't get my vehicle until 10:00 a. m.. It was explained to me that COVID was impacting the number of available employees. I understood and accepted this explanation.On my online reservation I indicated that I would only need the vehicle for 4 hours, due to the delay in picking up the truck I returned it one hour than the projected time and was double charged for insurance and daily rental. My suggestion is that you put down at least 2-3 hours more than you need the truck so this doesn't happen to you. The excess charges were credited, but it took me several Emails to Angel, the manager to get confirmation.However, my main complaint is that this company doesn't provide parking for your personal vehicle. We're a one car family and don't have access to drop off and pick up. I spoke with Angel about this and he assured me that not only was U-Haul corporate aware of this policy they were totally supportive of it. Going forward this is deal breaker for me, I won't contract with any company that doesn't provide me a parking space, one truck out should give enough room to leave your personal car.If this U-Haul franchisee is not going to provide parking for your personal vehicle it should be make crystal clear at the time of your online reservation. It sure is clear enough when you get there as there are big signs that let you know that you'll be towed. My suggestion is to make this policy clear on the web site so there will be no unpleasant surprises for the customer that generate bad reviews for the company.Brady Fennell
