Checked out a trailer for a couple of days. No issues. Worker corrected a break light fuse and made sure the connections were all correct. Good place to rent from.

Owner/Mgr was cool but truck was a junk. It had 109k miles and thought it wasn't going to make it back to the shop. It was sketchy at best.

After having the worst day with Enterprise rental, U-Haul made it so much better. This wonderful lady at the counter truly knows how to represent her company through her knowledge, politeness, and pure heart of helping U-Hauls customers. We walked into this establishment and got out within ten minutes with smiles on our faces and a breath of relief. We had no problems with extended our reservation as well which made our situation that much easier. Thank you U-Haul and the most wonderful associate who represented your company with turning our day around. Enterprise car rental should take some lessons.

The people here are terrible do not rent from them. Had a reservation for .59 a mile but they tried to charge .89 a mile.

This place is unprofessional in any way you could imagine! The first day walked in to reserve a uhaul and there were two employees arguing, stop and looked right us and proceeded to ignore us and argue about vehicles. We scheduled another uhaul at a different location only to get a call that we needed to pickup from a different location due to the other customer not returning the truck in time. We received a discount to pickup from this same location only to get there and a different man be rude to us. I attempted to explain that we were there to pick up a reserved truck. He shook his head at me and cut me off to say there are no reservations so the lady left.
I would not recommend anyone go to this location for car repair, uhaul rental, car purchase or whatever other services they attempt.

I don't normally do bad reviews, because I know they're not pleasant and can probably hurt a company - but I doubt these people care. I had an appointment to get the truck at 4:45 (they close at 5) and I was told they won't do it, there's not enough time to check out a 10 foot truck?? I've done that in 5 minutes. Check the mileage, look it over, paperwork, and out. She wouldn't stay until 5 when they close no matter how much this completely ruined my entire plan for the day and night. I think U-haul should reconsider letting them do this, because I've talked to many ppl that have used them and they have this horrendous reputation. Avoid this place. I'm giving one star only because I want this to show up. It should be minus 4 stars.
