This center has great customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jared, the manager is especially helpful and always available to assist when needed. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

I had a great experience at this U-Haul Moving and Storage location when filling up my propane tank for a camping trip. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process quick and hassle-free. The prices were reasonable, and the convenience of getting propane here made it a perfect stop before heading out. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of propane or other moving services!

Essence is amazing! This company is lucky to have her on staff. Never have I seen an employee so diligent, dedicated to not only the company but the customers, and yet still so kind, caring, helpful, & positive at the same time. You’re an inspiration to all of us! You manage to go beyond for every piece of job that you do. I have visited U-Haul Moving & Storage of Saint Augustine many times to rent moving equipment. I keep coming back to this location because Essence is amazing. Not one time did I ever see her appear to be frustrated or overwhelmed even with several customers at one time she helped everyone with a smile on her face. Magnificent work! You are the best of the best Essence and should be immensely proud of it.

This is one of the cleanest most organized and Most efficient U-Hauls I've been to in my life. Jared is professional, Polite and so helpful. Jared was unbelievable pleasant to deal with. Whatever you do, stay away from the The Daytona U-Haul! Read all the bad reviews and they were all true. The St. Augustine U-Haul was a very pleasant experience.

The vehicle was clean and drove well during the journey. The employees were courteous and helpful.
after leaving Ocala Florida heading northbound on 301 there was evidently a high speed chase and the vehicle went off the road so right before the part where we're going after being quite a long drive that way it was where that was and they were turning everyone around and there was no way around so it added hundreds of miles to our trip which is $1.09 a mile doesn't make sense.
We were tired so we had to rent a room in Ocala. I was too broken down to unload for days and then there was a thunderstorm so I kept the truck 6 days Before unloading.
Glory to God we made it and we are thankful for U-Haul

Staff here is great, very helpful even though they are often busy helping multiple customers. The door for the climate controlled storage is a pain. You have to type in a code every time you go in and out, and it can't be held open. No doorstop, and the alarm goes off it held for more than a few minutes. That's kind of a pain point when loading/unloading into it, but otherwise everything is good, clean, efficient.
