I didn't catch the guys name that helped me get a motorcycle trailer but he was awesome.
Super friendly and on the ball. Highly recommend going to this location as long as he is working.

I cannot say enough things about this location and the wonderful manager Richard !!! He is so so kind, helpful, patient and great at what he does .
He has helped me so much with my upcoming move and service like this is to be so commended!!!
Also this is a great location given the growth in this area but most important is the spirit of service and kindness Richard has!!!! I hope they know how lucky they are to have him ?
It’s clean , safe and has plenty of moving supplies .
Plus my dog Chester loves going there ?

t clearly states on Google the store is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. The store is not privately owned it is corporately owned. My husband and I have NEVER had a bad experience here with the current manager. Yes the outside is being renovated as well as the inside but Richard’s always sure to accommodate in any way he can.Last time we had a local move it fell on Wednesday and he was able to make it easy and stress free despite them being closed he answered his personal phone to answer our questions.This will remain my go to location in the palencia area.

Absolutely the worst uhaul pickup I've ever experienced. This location confirmed my reservation with me 24 hours ago, a reservation that I created over a month in advance. Just to arrive without any notice that the location is randomly closed on a Wednesday. I have no access to any of the equipment I reserved and have to travel across town to a separate location to get my truck. This is beyond irresponsible. Save yourself the trouble. Do not rent from this location. Choose any other location.

Stopped twice on a day you would expect the business to be open and find it is closed. Learn later online the business us not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. No signs at the business indicating when business is open or closed. Poor communication with the public intending to do business with the company. Very unprofessional. Say they are the Palencia U Haul but seem not well prepared to cater to Palencia residences like me. Will take my business mow to the U Haul store in Mandarin Jacksonville which us professio ally run and people care for their customers. Will let my neighbors in Palencia know about this poorly run local business and suggest they take their patronage elsewhere. And no one to a swear the phone and no voice message giving store hours.

Doug was extremely helpful! I could not find my ball hitch. He helped me resolve my dementia with a quick and knowledgeable solution. I was able to purchase what I needed from Ace.He made sure I was secure and road ready when I picked up the Uhaul. And gave me clear instructions about drop off. Highly recommend!!
