I normally go into this Ulta frequently and I never have an issue finding someone to help me and I’m asked multiple times if I need help. I went in yesterday, on a Monday and I could not find an associate in my immediate area for a few minutes. I heard a few people talking in the back room and then I asked the cashier for someone to help me and I see a group of about five associates talking at the front of the store.
Who I presume to be, the manager asked a girl to help me, and she was very reluctant to do so. I told him I needed help with the product and I’ll be in the prestige shampoo area. Somehow the girl thought I needed help picking out shampoo, and proceeded to try to change my (not shampoo) question into explaining the difference between two shampoos. I tried rephrasing my question a few times and she still did not understand and looked at me with a blank look and saying the same answer. I told her I currently use the shampoo and I’m looking for a different product in their line, and she seemed confused and try to explain liquid vs crème products (which I feel anyone can understand that fact).
I finally ended up giving up and telling her thanks so much for her time as I can tell she was not really interested in helping me. Once she left me, she went to continue giggling with her friends at the front of the store. I did end up buying a product because I wanted to try it, although this was very strange for the store and I hope it does not continue.

Beautiful store with lots of brand name cosmetics. A salesperson in the store was patient and very helpful. Will definitely go back!

Bad service every employees need work on the communication and they was no help this is the worst store this Ulta Store needs to be shut down and those females that work in this store are racist

I really hate to have to post something like this. I know that that turnover rate is really high at this store, but when I walk in, it’s nice to be approached or welcomed. I spend an awful a lot of money there. The last time I walked in, everything had been moved, and several of the products that I like to buy are no longer on the shelf. I really wasn’t feeling great that day and I would’ve enjoyed having someone come up and ask if I wanted some help instead of having to wander around the store.

I went in looking for a perfume I bought there a while ago. One lady I asked for help finding it. She could not find it, I won’t mention her name, but then another young lady came out very nice very willing to help. She looked in my account and couldn’t find it but then she did find the perfume that I was looking for and she helped me order it. Her name is Keilonda Barber. She’s very efficient very polite and she knows how to help a customer. She deserves a raise and if she does move on to better things in the future, she is young. That company is gonna be really lucky to have her.

The girls working there are angels, especially the cashier/associates. But the general manager and stock manager needs some help keeping inventory up. Especially in the fragrance department! I have stopped by every week or so, for the past 4/5 months; and every. single. time. I stop by, there is no perfumes!! everything is empty, esp if it's a tester. I mean always* empty. They never restock anything. I can't try on any perfumes. Its insane. On top of not having any samples, I can never find anything in stock as well. I have complained twice now and I think I will just use another retailer at this point. Was going to purchase Flower bomb by V&R for 165$ and youve lost me due to the inability to keep stock. The girl said im better off ordering online. A shame what's happened to this Ulta.

I had an amazing experience with Allison! She was incredibly helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect foundation for my skin type. Not only that, but she also guided me in selecting the right tools for contouring and highlighting. Her knowledge and friendly demeanor made the whole process enjoyable. Was shopping and a VERY nice lady helped me find products; however; the manager at 1:51pm on 8/2 (according to my receipt) was absolutely useless. I was fourth in line when the only cashier called to the manager to help resolve an issue with her customer. The manager saw the rest of us in line but did not have anyone open another register. Now the four of us are waiting for two employees to help one customer.
The original cashier was nice enough to dismiss herself from the situation and open another register to help the next in line. I am now third in line while four more people line up behind me.
When the manager finished resolving the issue, she walked away! I turned to the lady behind my and laughed incredulously. The lady said “ guess it was her break time?”- then the manager leaned against a counter chatting with another employee.
I’m now second in line behind the only working cashier and was just about to put my items away when an employee walked in the front door and signed in to a register. She then called me up- with now more people behind me.
The manager could have done a LOT better.
