Drove over 30 minutes to buy some T-shirts and shorts, only to find the store is closed. Looks like it’s been closed for a while and the signage outside says reopening spring 2025.
Both the Under Armour website and Google maps says it’s open today. Pretty useless that they can’t even update their opening hours online when the store has been closed for weeks. Complete waste of my time.

I walked into this Under Armour location at 5:53 pm on Sunday 6/23/24. I was fully aware that they were about to close. The young man never greeted me but stated, "we close in about 5 minutes". I stated that I was cognizant of the time and was just looking for some white shorts to match with a red/white Under Armour shirt. I needed this for an event the next day. I asked the young male employee did they have any white shorts? His response was, "I don't think we have any white shorts." I asked him could I look anyway and asked in what direction were the men's shorts. He gestured in the direction of the shorts (which were in plain view from where we were standing). As I walked toward the shorts, they did have white shorts and they were in plain view. I asked could I try them on and he stated the dressing rooms were closed.
I purchased a pair of shorts 5:59 pm from a young lady. However, this young man's customer service was reprehensible. At 6:00 pm the manager, Nick, let me out of the door. I explained to Nick the poor experience that I had with the employee. Nick's response to me was, "I am sure the employee did not mean anything by it...we have things we have to get done." I am totally aware of the process needed to close a retail store.. Additionally, I was cognizant of what time it was and that the store was about to close. It appears this entire staff needs training in customer service. I would not recommend this store location if you are looking to be valued as customer.

Thank you so much Shamar for your outstanding customer service today. I dislike that this store does not have a women selection of pants. I was able to find what I was looking for in men (golf pants).
