The manager on duty cashier definitely need some training and expertise when it comes to “customer service “ or Under armor does not care . Either way I won’t spent any money at UA anymore .

It’s a nice under armor factory store. Not over shopped like many others I’ve been too.

Sales are so tempting. Good selection. Low traffic. Friendly staff. Many stores are nearby to find other great deals, too.

For an outlet store in a lartecstrip mall on Interstate 95, the prices are through the roof in most stores. Don't waste your time or money.

I was buying workout clothes for my 2 daughters, for two sports, to keep at two different households. So I was piling up the stuff and the manager asks me if that was my stuff. I said yes, I’m still shopping. He then proceeds to ask why I’m buying so much. I start to feel a little weird but tell him why I had doubles of things, different sizes etc. He continues to harass me that it’s not normal to buy that much (I prob had at most, 15 items like t-shirts and sports bras). Then he says he needs to flag me because some people are buying stuff to resell on the internet. I’m like “what!?” Again I explain why I had to buy a bunch of stuff but I am now starting to feel like a criminal! I was nicely organizing my things and chose to go to under armour on purpose because we like the prices and brand. After he kept staring at me and essentially accusing me of wrong doing, even tho I was openly planning to buy (not steal) these items, I left everything on the floor and said I’m out. I had my girl’s dad call the manager to let him know how inappropriate this was. This store is close to a very affluent community. The manager proceeded to tell him that this policy came down from corporate due to a man who came thru to buy a bunch of stuff and then sold it for double. What does that matter? Also the manager said that he hates doing it and people often get angry. Well yea! We are normal hard working people and what do you care what I do with these clothes after I purchase them ?? I went and spent $500 at Nike down the road. This was a disgraceful experience and I will never ever shop here again. And I’ve told my entire network on social and they won’t be going either. Good luck with your policy.
