I go to the Saint Augustine beach UPS exclusively because of their customer service. There are other options for me that are equally convenient, but this store has earned my loyalty.

The owner and staff here are the best! I drive past two other UPS locations, that are closer to my house, because their customer service is top tier. Also gives me an excuse to go to the beach :)

These guys are amazing! They helped me printing a FedEx label to drop off at in-store fedex at Walgreens. Love going in there and they know their customers by name. Can’t recommend enough!

I had a bad experience here with a guy I’m assuming is “Ken,” the owner, based on what I’ve seen in other reviews. What a rude person! Instead of addressing me from the counter, he yelled to me from across the room. Then, he loudly lectured me repeatedly on the store policy of not accepting packages for people not having accounts there — although I’d picked up a package there two weeks prior and had called the store before then to confirm I could do so. He said that was impossible because he’s “always” there and didn’t remember my call..When I tried to explain myself, he interrupted me to tell me that I’d already told him and not to interrupt him! I’ve never encountered someone so rude — especially a business owner! I’m not a confrontational kind of person so left feeling quite upset. I will be contacting UPS about this jerk.

Ken is FANTASTIC! This is your only option for good mail service on Anastasia island. He always has a great attitude and is quick with getting the line (if any) cleared out! Great UPS store here

Very helpful to some, not to others. Dropped off 4 packages to be returned to Amazon explaining I had not done this very often. He said which label goes with what, I thought the scan code revealed that. He said you needed to figure it out. Owner left me at register and began to assist other customers. After he finished with everyone in line, he asked me if I had figured it out yet. When I come here the wait is more than 15 minutes because he has extended conversations with people while several people are waiting. He chose not to have a conversation with me to assist me, he said I needed boxes, but did not offer any for sale, which I’m sure he has. Time to find new drop off spot.

Ken always greets me and every person that walks thru the door likes he’s known them forever. I just moved to the beach and I feel like Norm from cheers when I walk in there. They are all really nice but I say Ken for president 2024. My day is instantly better when I leave there. From a UPS store! Who knew.

Ian was great! He was smiling and very polite. We had to ship some items that were fragile. He packaged them up great! They arrived in MI fully intact and not broken. Thank you!
