I highly recommend the UPS store at Cobblestone. They are always so accommodating, helpful, and do a great job. I have submitted last minute print jobs and they always get the job done quickly and efficiently. The staff are friendly and helpful.

While returning an Amazon package, I got the distinct impression that the woman behind the counter was trying to intimidate me. As soon as I put the box down on the counter she went on this whole rant about how the product was supposed to be in a āshippingā box even though she could clearly see and acknowledged they shipped it to me in the merchandise box. She went on and on about how if it gets damaged in the box they sent it to me in the UPS Store canāt ādo anything about it.ā She emphasized that I would be liable for damage and then proceeds to tell me to take a picture to prove it was sent to me that way. I mean wow! All the fear mongering was really uncalled for. Besides, Iāve been returning Amazon packages to UPS Stores for years now and no one has ever uttered such nonsense to me in my life! Donāt these people have anything better to do than to bully their customers by way of intimidation?! And if it were really that big of a deal, wouldnāt Amazon have a disclaimer on the return bar code in bold letters stating what the customer is liable for? They donāt BTW. Iām getting real fed up with these $11 an hour folks resorting to the lowest possible tactics they can to gain the upper hand and one up customers because they live miserable lives. If these people canāt serve customers without the fear and covert bullying tactics then they shouldnāt be working there.
