Tried to return an Amazon package in the original packaging and was told. I had to buy another box even though the original packaging had the original UPS label on it. Very poor customer service.

The gentleman that helped me was polite, professional, and very helpful. He recommended purchasing a shipping bag for the shoebox I was returning so that there is an added level of protection and assurance.

I drive past the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE UPS store in front of the Shores neighborhood to get to this location. Everyone here is always helpful and friendly. Thanks for doing a great job.

This location is always busy, but they are never too busy to be friendly, helpful and efficient. I specifically drive to this location due to their excellent customer service. I drive past the horrible UPS store near the Shores, to get here for all my UPS packages. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Just want to give my appreciation to the St Augustine store 135 Jenkins St Ste 105-BSaint Augustine, FL 32086, for the excellent service they provided for my 94 year old mother in law. She was trying to help out and return an item for me I had purchased for her ( my son was going to) and didn't have any of the paperwork she needed that was required. They contacted me and I sent them the required labels by email, which they aren't required to do, but went out of their way to help her out. This act of kindess goes a long way for me and others and is appreciated very much.Thank YouVRKen

I had a great experience. Smooth and quick transaction & great staff. Had to drop off a package for "The Real Real" which the staff hadn't experienced but they were quick to figuring it out.

I had an Amazon return and the instructions specifically say you pack it in a box and seal it. This means that the box the item came in with its logos from the manufacturer has to be placed in inside another box of your choosing and tape it up. It's that simple. Many times Amazon sends products to you in a cushioned bag but they want it back in a box. Yes Amazon in the past (a year ago?) had allowed you to bring am item to a UPS store un-boxed and they would ship them altogether with other returns in a big box but no more.
