Solid interaction. Employees were respectful, kind, funny and reshaped the way I look at normal interactions with shipping services. Normally I dread going to ship something off and anticipate challenges but I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service at this location.

Never been to a UPS that charges $2 to do an Amazon return. Won’t be back.

I didn't want to do it but I gave them at least five or six opportunities to make things right. I ship many packages and drop them with prepaid labels at the UPS stores near me, I request the packages to be scanned and weighted every time, this is the only place where they give hard time when I request the weight, they argue with me that I don't need the weight. I try to explain them that I need the weight and that it shouldn't be a problem for them to do it every time I request it. When dealing with scammers online, it is important to have all the information you can, including the weight of the package but I guess the lady and gentleman that work here don't understand. I had the same problem with them around five or six times, but it is enough, I don't go there anymore (moultrie park, where publix is). Very rude and unfriendly couple.

I love going to this store, the husband and wife who run it are helpful but honest real down to earth people. Returning my amazon orders has never been more enjoyable at any other location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was trying to mail a very expensive optic and they wouldn’t mail in the package I had it in and said they must package it differently so I said ok no problem just let me watch you package and they refused to! Why? That’s highly suspect, so I just kept the parcel and have to go somewhere else, don’t waste your time, they r very rude

Extremely rude and lazy. God forbid they have use a piece of tape of their own. Go to the island store very helpful courteous and you can understand what they are asking you.

Worst store. Guy is so rude and threatens to charge a fee for a card if you won’t pay cash. Told him he opened the business and that’s the cost of business. It’s 2025 and cash is a thing of the past. They already over charge. Stamps are not 1dollar a piece…. And they charge you 2.50 computers fee to print something plus charge for the print it’s self. All other stores charge .79. So over the Nickle and diming of this store. Welcome to America there is a cost to run a business. I’ll go elsewhere.

💯 the worst UPS location. Go out of your way to avoid this location. They are unreliable and absolutely no appreciation of customers. They are not open when the say they are. I have previously tried to use them for print services that ended in disaster.
