I asked for the package to arrive in two days, but it arrived on the 4th day just like the usual mail, but I was charged 78.34. This charge is completely inconsistent with what the customer requested. Next time I want to send something, I will just send it normally. Why should I spend this money in vain?

Went in to this location for a document to get notarized and it was super quick. I was in and out within 30 minutes and they charge $10.

Bro I hate when people lock their doors before the listed closing time.
I just gotta have you scan one thing, hand it to you, and I'm gone..
Rush to get here before closing and, whelp, it's already closed before the listed time.
Owner didn't read the review.
It wasn't even 6pm.
I wasn't "late".
You're just lazy, proof is you started your day on the computer mindlessly replying to reviews, lying about it.

This place is ALWAYS nickling and diming you!! First time in a long while dropping off a box to be sent back to Amazon and was CHARGED 1.00 for taping up the box!! EVERYTHING WAS PREPAID!!
They always ask for something extra!!
I will definitely start to drive to another UPS store for dropping off things from now on!! This is ridiculous!!

I suppose the lack of customer service is actually a benefit to me...makes it easier not to want to shop online so that I don't have to deal with returns.

Brought several packages the same day but the most expensive one magically disappeared and did not make it to its destination. (Samsung flipz4 over $1000 value). I will be filing a police report, and writing a complaint to the BBB and FTC because I have proof they took the package. I asked for a receipt and the man in the picture said they did not provide so I took pictures and I'm glad I did!
