I had ordered a gift for my boyfriend recently and the way it was delivered was incredible terrible. In my neighborhood we have small mailboxes that are meant only for paper mail, and we have a bigger area for bigger packages. The gift I had got for my boyfriend for Christmas was SHOVED into our tiny mailbox and it was misshapen because of it being shoved in there. I had to pull super super hard to get the package out of my mailbox because again, it was SHOVED and forced to fit in there. This is a reoccurring event that my family and I keep experiencing with USPS. They have no care for your packages.

If i could give this usps outpost negative stars i would. They have misplaced FIVE of my packages in the last year. I have to jump through hoops to get my packages delivered wasting multiple HOURS of my time and DAYSSSS trying to get my orders. They must hire the worst of the worst here. Absolutely ridiculous how horrible this. Every single person who works here needs to be held accountable for how horrific this place is. My package was marked as delivered today and yet AGAIN NOTHING AT MY DOOR. This was a Mother’s Day present and now i have nothing because of this place!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Do not trust this location to deliver mail, more so certified mail. The mail carrier in my community does not leave a notice at your door when first attempt to deliver certified mail if you’re not home. In my entire life, and I’m in my 60s, I’ve lived at various addresses in four different states and I’ve always gotten a pink sticky notice on the door if an attempt was made to deliver a piece of certified mail from the mail carrier. Not so at my current address in St Augustine Shores. Then when you try to backtrack and get the information, they will tell you it was “scanned” which means nothing and there’s no one with critical thinking skills at USPS to acknowledge “scanned” means nothing. Then I learned that the certified piece of mail that I never knew about and it should’ve been returned on August 10th was never returned and it’s been sitting at the Dobbs Road Annex location for a month now. Shame on us for thinking proper delivery of certified mail would be above all else. I never could understand why over the past eight months or so when this mail carrier does decide to come to the door with a piece of certified mail. The first words out of her mouth are, “You don’t want this, do you?” Now I know why. But please know, I get my junk mail every single day that USPS delivers.

Currently on call attempt number FORTY ONE, as it rings and cuts off, or doesn't connect to call at all. Twice now carriers have delivered packaged supposedly to a parcel locker and left no key, and always in a late delivery on a Saturday, so I'm stuck waiting until Monday morning, to see how many call attempts it takes to get someone. Was told Monday after 14 tries, that the carrier would contact the office and then the office contact me that the key was left-- no call no no key Monday. Called the main USPS help number, and even those employees could only say they were sending the information over to this annex, but couldn't assure it would make a difference seeing as me calling them directly clearly did nothing.
Supposedly in this parcel locker is supplies for prescription medication, and it's now been in there, supposedly!!!, since Saturday, in Florida, in July. Horrific.

The phone just rings and rings, then you get a busy signal.
It's places like this that give the postal service a BAD name!

This place is why they coined the term Snail Mail. Lived across the country as well as this state. They take the prize for being the best at taking their sweet old time to deliver mail.

Have called a thousand times and the phone just rings for 4 mins and then hangs up on you. This is crazy that i cant ever reach anyone one there. Since my mail had been forwarded ive never seen any mail again, this place is a joke :(
