My package I ordered went to this location on 12/19.. no updates and should have gone to 32207.. Horrible customer service to make sure packages are delivered to correct customer.. address on package is correct.. Thanks for making someone miss a Christmas present

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Do you know how many times they've lost my packages. Or just pretended to deliver them and then proceeded to send it back. Any time I have the opportunity to pay for ups or FedEx I do because this place is a joke. I pay extra to have things delivered by a certain day and they don't care. Can't even get anyone on the phone.

A bunch of liars! Say they "had no access to delivery location". I have cameras all over my house and they never attempted to deliver anything. Besides that, it was a small package that would fit in the mailbox. And this annex doesn't answer their phones anymore, haven't for months. ZERO oversight for the USPS, I wish Amazon would stop using them.

Absolutely useless. I hope someone goes in and fires every one of them. For one they refuse to answer the phone. Under no set of circumstances are they willing to help anyone. Second they are so lazy that they couldn't get my every door direct postcards correct no matter how many times I went in. I eventually stopped using the service.

Yes no one answers the phone but the customer service you get when here is absolutely wonderful. I had messed up an address and they fixed it actually and saved me a huge issues with re shipping

These folks are embarrassingly-incompetent at their jobs. A month ago, they porch-delivered my package to not only a wrong address, but in a completely different zip code than mine. The package was addressed correctly. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were so indifferent that it was insulting! No explanation, no accountability, no responsibility. They actually suggested I get in touch with Amazon and ask them to send me the stuff again, but for free. Unbelievable!Yesterday, I had a notification of yet another porch delivery -- but not to me! To be clear, every package for me is addressed to a business, and we don't have a porch.While I waited for someone to get back with me today, the kindest stranger came and brought my package to me, saying it was on his porch when he got home yesterday. I told him he should consider working for the post office, since he's already better at their job than they are. Sadly, he wasn't interested in helping them out beyond bringing my package to me today.

Have to give props to this location, I called about a shipment of live animals that the tracking information said had been picked up by an individual, as in delivered. I called in a panic and the man was so quick to prioritize the situation and figure out what happened. Turns out the wrong package was scanned and my animals are in route to me now. Very thankful for the immediate attention!

We are moving into the area and had to have them hold our mail until we moved into our house. We have lived all over this is our 12th home. I have to say this is some of the nicest postal staff we have ever met. Although we have had issues I don’t think it’s their fault. Unfortunately it’s been 20 days and we haven’t gotten any forwarded mail I’m guessing that’s from the other end they can’t control it if they don’t send our mail to them. But the staff has been super friendly. A nice change from previous Post Office

I pay for shipping, yet I have to take time out of my day to make a 30 mile round trip to collect a package that the carrier is too sorry to deliver to my home. I wonder how the USPS is still in business. Government bailout I guess.Their only good for junk mail anymore.

I didn’t know if I was allowed to go inside because they have a sign saying “US PROPERTY NO TRESSPASSING.” I called the office took three times for someone to answer but whatever, got my package in under two minutes. You are allowed to go inside! You can go in on the door that has a red sign on it. Or if you can’t tell which door that is.. it has the address in huge numbers right above it. XD
