I usually really like this branch...but standing outside at 9:10 in a line (hours are 9 to 2 on Saturday) because they haven't opened yet is disappointing. Without a branch anywhere close to the WGV area, there aren't many options. Wish at least they could open on time.

Queenie was so helpful in sending out our wedding invitations and even let us come in during her break time. She was very knowledge, kind, and patient with us!
