I always love this place, especially on sales day, holiday event, you can find good prices of alot of things. One of my favorites are their Beach Towels, Travel Soft Blankets, and Big Sz blankets. The material they use don't fade at all, and it stay soft for a very long time. Their travel mug is awesome as well, if you wait you can but it very good price sometimes less than $12.Their items are good for gifts. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The inside is neat and clean. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I went to two different Vera Bradley outlet stores. The one in Saint Augustine and the one in Daytona Beach. They couldn't have been more different than night and day. The one in Daytona was helpful, courteous, and kind. The one in Saint Augustine was unhelpful, discourteous, and downright rude. I asked for help at Daytona and the associate walked with me to the style I had requested and pulled out numerous patterns for me to look at, despite the store being busy. Saint Augustine? LOL wow! Three associates standing behind the counter laughing and talking to customers? No, to themselves. There was only one other customer in the store. I asked one of them if they had a style of purse in a different pattern. I assume she thought she was being cute because she pointed to the clearance section and said "you see the big pink sign on the far wall?" I said "you mean the clearance sign" she said "yes, if we have any other patterns they would be there" and then turned back to the other two associates, rolled her eyes and went back to her conversation. The other customer had been waiting for help as well, she left and so did I. Despite living in Jacksonville, I'll do my shopping at the Daytona store from now on. I'd rather drive 70 miles for excellent service than ever step foot in the Saint Augustine store again.

I was appalled when I went in there and saw it was an absolute mess and with no indication of anyone caring I walked through the door. Then an employee gave my personal number out of my account to be contacted for my birthday. I freaked out and blocked the number. I have no idea how to get my information out of the system. But it isn't safe under this management.

I couldn't figure out the pricing. Had to scan a code with your phone, well it didn't work. No one around to ask. Too bad, there were several things I wanted to buy.

About two weeks ago I went into the store and they did not have what I was looking for. I worked with Sarah and she told me to check back because new items are delivered weekly. I called over there today and Sarah answered the phone. She said they had the one that I wanted in stock and she would put it aside for me. I went into the store and she was incredibly helpful and kind. Sarah really cares about the customers and you can feel that when you speak with her. She is a true asset to the store! Thanks Sarah….I’ll be back again soon!
