After my iPhone went into SOS mode, I lost many of my apps and contacts. I did my best to re-enter what I could remember, but I was unable to get any cellular service back on the device. I visited a corporate Verizon store, hoping for a quick resolution, but the representative there was unable to access my account. He recommended I try a nearby local Verizon retailer instead.
That turned out to be the best advice I could have received.
When I arrived at the retailer, I was greeted by a well-dressed, professional young man named Kareem. From the moment he took my phone, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Within moments, he had accessed the phone and resolved the issue — something the previous location couldn’t do.
I don’t know exactly what Kareem did behind the scenes, but I do know that my phone was working again, and I was incredibly relieved.
If you need a new phone or just some help resetting your phone or whatever the case may be , let Kareem be your go-to rep. He’s knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient — everything you hope for in customer service. Thank you, Kareem!

I had the best and most seamless experience with Eric just yesterday. I always dread getting a new phone or purchasing a new car because somehow it takes forever and is always a long complicated process. I was in and out in 28 minutes. He handled everything. I got two new phones and a new plan. Boom! Thanks, Eric!

Ivan Cole and Jordan were super helpful. I have come back multiple times to the location on A1A Anastasia Island and I can always count on these Verizon guys. they always get me fixed up with any problem I have with my devices across the board.

I came today to VERIZON as my sister provided me with a new phone as a surprise. I did not know how to transfer over my existing contacts to my new device; yet, the guys here are so ready to help. From being at the door upon my arrival to seeing my needs through, thanks again and ask for Ivan.

I came in as messaging pictures were not being received. This store greeted me at the door offered me water, apple cider, and coffee. Then we upgraded my phone to the new Apple iPhone they were awesome! Do visit them here if you’re in St. Augustine.

Came in today met the guys on Anastasia island and their service was phenomenal. I got me a new phone and internet with Disney plus and max. The savings are incredible come check them out.
