Amit was amazing I was having issue with my Verizon app he was able to fix it right away. I was on call with customer service for almost an hour and they weren’t able to do anything.

Big shout-out to Scott, who got my stepson's phone working. Multiple Verizon reps before him tried and struggled to get his phone activated, but failed. Scott was determined, and thanks to his patience and expertise, got us up and running. Go see Scott in the Murabella store!!

He took the time to answer all my questions, explained my options clearly, and helped me choose the best plan and device for my needs. Yesterday I had an excellent experience with Toni Garza, one of the salesman at the Verizon store in Marabella St. Augustine. I went in to upgrade my phone. I found to Toni to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. He provided the phone options available for an upgrade along with his suggestion which would be the best fit based off how I use my phone. He took care of transferring all my pictures, contacts and apps from my old phone and came out to my car to set me up on blue tooth. I also appreciated him staying past his scheduled time since it was late in the day when I arrived. When I had a question the following day, he was quick to respond. I would recommend working with Toni if you have a need to visit the Verizon store in Marabella St. Augustine.

Top marks to the sales team at Verizon, Shoppes at Murabella, St Augustine! Having previously spoken on the phone with helpful associates Tony, Scott and Amit, today my husband and I actually visited the store and were attended to by Jayson. Ours was not a simple ‘case’, as we needed to arrange for transfer of both Internet and landline service (different providers) for my elderly mother in law, moving to an assisted living facility down here in the Sunshine State. We found Jayson to be exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient and courteous, including his assistance in getting the Minnesota landline number transferred from my MIL’s previous service provider. Absolutely ‘painfree’ pleasure to do business with this team!!!

I wanted to share my recent experience with Verizon. When a sales agent first came into my restaurant to discuss business services, I didn’t feel like I got the help or guidance I was hoping for—it left me a bit unsure about moving forward. But that completely changed when I visited the Verizon store in Murabella later on. Everyone there was incredibly helpful, welcoming and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness—it made a big difference. Thank you to the Murabella team for turning my experience around!If you want a Verizon service better just come to this location,not from door to door person!
