“Everyone in the office is amazing! My baby got spayed. The veterinarian and her assistant both took their time explaining the whole process. They were really good with my cat. My cat is very selective about who approaches her. She did very well with the surgery and everyone in the office. I was impressed. This is the best animal clinic I have ever been to.”

“Bartram Trail Vet Hospital has always been kind to my sweet Magnolia with all her visits. They are so kind and caring. When Magnolia passed away right before a scheduled visit they were sympathetic. Shortly after her passing I received the nicest card signed by Nicole, Alexis, Whitney, Lou, & Dr. Davis for Magnolia.”

“I had such a wonderful experience here! The moment I walked into the lobby, Joelly and KC at the front desk greeted me with the warmest, most welcoming smiles. They made me feel completely comfortable and at ease right away. Dr. Russell was also incredibly nice. It is rare to find an office where everyone from the front desk to the doctor is this kind. Highly recommend!”

“I brought my little dog with big issues in for bloodwork- I told the technician Marcell that he bites. She took him from me and talked to him so softly, I saw him relax. She was able to draw blood AND cut his nails ( which nobody has been able to do). No muzzle. THANK YOU to these well qualified professionals! You are appreciated. Bracken Family”

“If your looking for vet that's not all about taking your money. And more about caring for your animals this is the place. I had an accident with my dogs yesterday. Involving 1 chunk of bromethalin! i had two dogs in the yard with me and one at it out of my shed. I got there at closing time and the whole staff stayed open to make sure the dogs were alright. it was a very surprising experience because most the vets I have gone to, or hear about. are just wanting to take your money. Also don't se bromethanil. use Diphacinone it has antidote. This experience has left me looking for ways to deal with rats mice Using other things. Regardless this was a wonderful vet”

“I took my first golden retriever to Dr. Strickland in 1992 and since that time he and his staff have provided the best care and compassion to the next two retrievers I’ve had. Always there to welcome a new pup into my life and for advice and helping make those tough decisions when it’s time to say goodbye. A big thank you to him and his staff for taking such good care of my best buddy, my 8 year old golden Cassidy for her surgery yesterday. For a doggie that dreads a trip to the vet, his staff always takes the time to make her feel loved and get her through the procedures. To come in and see the staff comforting her and letting her lay next to them so she feels safe, I can’t thank you all enough for over 30 years of the best care and kindness to my beloved dogs. Even though I’m now an hour away from Saint Augustine, Dr. Strickland and his amazing staff will always be the ones I go to and trust to give my pups the best care you can ask for. Thank you all for your kindness and compassion over the years to all of my dogs, truly appreciated. John and Cassidy”

“We took our 3 year old frenchie, Elsie, to SARVEC and they were great. She was having breathing issues and they cared for her right away. They kept us informed of the cost along the way and let us know everything they were doing with her. They were a lot more reasonable than other emergency vets we used in the past. We would recommend them if you’re having a pet emergency. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.”

“Today we needed euthanasia services for our 20 year old cat, she had been failing for the last year, but last night she suffered a cat attack from a neighborhood cat while she slept on our enclosed back porch. Not only did this office take us in right away but they treated us with such empathy and care. Our cat was treated with such care that she slipped away while she napped in our arms. Thank you for your passion in caring for family pets”

“I had no understanding of the process to register and account, sign up for an appointment date, or how to check in once there. One of the techs scheduled me into the Que that day, as where online it only gave future options. My pet was able to get much needed updated vaccines living in a new state, on unknown land history, with potential for a bite. She was checked for heart worms, and got some new flea and tick treatment. I love this service as they do the best they can to provide affordable care costs for your pets.”

“I’m very grateful to the entire team for taking such good care of my dog, Coco, during an emergency visit. We were very worried because she had eaten raisins, and the staff took us in immediately without making us wait. They were kind, professional, and caring throughout the whole process. They performed the necessary procedure to empty her stomach and found six raisins. Coco came in and left wagging her tail, which made us feel so much better! Thank you to everyone who helped her and gave us peace of mind during a very stressful evening. We truly appreciate your care and professionalism!”

“During Chewy's daily morning walks, covering three miles in the neighborhood, he enjoys venturing through bushes and tall grasses. Unfortunately, due to his physical characteristics as a Boston Terrier, he's more susceptible to eye injuries. Unaware of his left corneal injury initially, I noticed Chewy continuously blinking, squeezing, and closing his left eye. Concerned, I promptly scheduled an appointment with Dr. Venkat Gutta's Practice at St. John's Vets Affordable Animal Hospital, securing a same-day slot. The evaluation of Chewy's eye injury, along with detailed diagnostics and treatment explanations, was conducted with precision. Thanks to the accurate diagnosis and timely treatment, surgery wasn't necessary, and Chewy didn't lose his sight--a common outcome in such severe injuries. It took a month of weekly reviews for Chewy to heal completely and be discharged. I'm exceedingly satisfied with the service provided by Dr. Gutta and his team at St. John's Vets Affordable Animal Hospital and wholeheartedly recommend their care.”

“SARVEC was nothing short of exceptional, I had to take my puppy on Easter Sunday with a possible foreign body. Dr. Pokorny and tech Jyla (I hope I spelled this right) were knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. The young man at the check in desk was exceptional as well. Nobody wants to spend their holiday in the ER, but the staff made the experience as pleasant as possible. Beautiful facility and great prices. Thank you to SARVEC staff for being there during stressful times and working tirelessly on a holiday. You guys were amazing and doing gods work for sure. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Dr. Eva is tremendous. We've brought two ailing cats here. One was referred to an excellent eye specialist in Jacksonville. The old boy today just had too many issues to deal with effectively. Dr. Eva conveyed the news with empathy and data. I would advise discussing the authority for resuscitation before signing any paperwork.”
