I came here last year for my prom nails and they were truly horrendous. I had a complicated design picked out so I came beforehand to make sure they had all the supplies and were capable. They reassured me that they would be able to execute the design I wanted. When I came for my appointment I had the inspo pic up on my phone and watched the nail tech work. I thought I just had to trust the process but eventually I realized it was not going to be remotely ok. I usually am pretty reluctant to ask for changes or anything but it was bad enough that I mustered up the courage. I think the tech knew it was bad too because the moment I opened my mouth he predicted what I was going to say and asked if there was another design I wanted. I didn’t have anything prepared so I ended up having the same prom nails for two years. Even the new nails were bad. They were lumpy and crooked and the shape wasn’t quite right. After all this, they still charged me full price. The first two pictures are what I wanted and the third is what I got… judge for yourself!

One of the worst experiences in a nail salon I’ve had. My daughter and I walked in and asked for SNS and a pedicure for myself, and an acrylic fill and pedicure for her. We both asked for French manicure with gel polish on our toes. A clear base was used and then white stripes of polish were applied. Not sure why they couldn’t apply a pink base, but they didn’t. It looks weird and nothing matches up. My fingernails were very short and in bad shape. The tech cut them even shorter, then proceeded to apply the SNS powder. I stopped her and said I needed tips on. Not sure what she was thinking, but not putting tips on would have looked ridiculous. She applied tips, but then proceeded to cut a chunk out of my thumb while trimming them. I asked for an oval shape, got square. At this point I didn’t want to ask for anything else and risk further injury. She apologized for cutting me, but didn’t seem too concerned. My daughter had a picture with white nails and a chrome finish. Her tech gave her clear nails with chrome, which looked terrible as you could see her actual nails thru the chrome finish. She asked for it to be done like the picture with white, and the tech told her it would be too yellow. My daughter insisted, and the tech begrudgingly redid the polish. They looked exactly like the picture once the white base coat was applied. Nearly four hours later we were charged $200(no breakdown of charges) and I left still bleeding, nails crooked and not at all looking professionally done. Nails salons are everywhere. We will not be returning to this one.

The two pedicures I have had done here looked great and held up perfectly for weeks on end. The first was very basic, and the guy didn't even give me a menu to choose from, but i was a Saturday walk in and they seemed pretty busy so that may have been why. The second was with a young girl, she gave me the menu and did a great hot stone pedicure. I think they may be lacking business because she kept thanking me for coming back and urging me to come back again - which I will!

This was the only place open on a Sunday in St Augustine!! (Actually there was maybe another but they were booked) they were able to fit me in and get me what I needed which on vacation and deciding last minute to get my nails off and change the look. Definitely recommend!

3 large koi fish in small tank. Animal cruelty they need a pond please release them and get regular fish.

Walked in for a quick full set of pink and whites. Was in and out within 40 minutes. Very happy with my nails and will return!

4 of us: not impressed. Definitely No Frills. When I finally make time to get my nails done, I like to have a little pampering. Here, they didn't even offer a cup of water. I thought there would be a menu with options for various manicures and pedicure with massage etc. but they just sat us down and gave us a basic manicure and pedicure which-- unlike most other places I've visited-- doesn't include even a minute of massage of hands or feet. And no option offered to buy an upgrade to get a more luxurious or relaxing experience. My pedicurist had a frown on his face and seemed angry the whole visit. Then when I got the manicure, they left me with nail gel thicker than I've ever had it, I felt like I had clown fingers, and have been trying to file them thinner ever since. Overall, the final product was ok. We got manicures and pedicures. But we didn't get an experience. There are too many nail places around to choose this one.
