We have had personal accounts with Vystar for almost 30 years. Recently, we opened a business account. We have been very pleased with all of the infor.ation and help we received while trying to make a decision on what banking products we needed.
I love both the branch on North US 1 (closer to our business) and the 312 branch (closer to home).
We love Vystar Credit Union, their products and their staff.

I went into the Branch with the intention to vent my frustrations about not receiving my debit card and to notify them that I would be taking my account elsewhere. Let me just say that Scott (Branch Manager) jumped through hoops and was able to pull a rabbit out of a hat and saved my weekend. He definitely EARNED my business back and in the future. Thank you for going the extra mile.

We've been members at vystar for 28 years..this branch was built near where I lived finally a few months before I moved..figures..well I had family tey to use it and were so disappointed as to how they were treated and that they were so hard to get the help they needed..well we came to a concert the night before and our card got hacked..we were getting fraud calls and messages..so we were 2 min from this branch so we went there..there week couple of people in the branch at the tellers being helped..but then there were quite a few other employees just standing around laughing and talking..we were told we had to wait 45 min for help..husband went to ask questions since by now there's at least 8 workers no customers standing around and then pizza comes..he's told tellers don't handle fraud with the cards..NOT TRUE! Told no branches print cards anymore! NOT TRUE! THEY HOWEVER ONLY PRINT THEM IN CASE OF FRAUD! AND ALL BRANCHES DO THAT FIR $5. My husband was being so disrespected he said you do know what your slogan is the man said what..my husband says your slogan is. IT'S YOUR MONEY WE WON'T FIRGET THAT..The sheer audacity of this man when he said not anymore that's the old one we have a new one now..I mean really? I said we are gonna go to the branch the next town over because I know these people are lying. We did and this branch did LIE AND WERE SO DISRESPECTFUL AND DURING THAT HOUR DRIVE WE GOT HIT WITH ANOTHER FRAUDULENT CHARGE! If he or one of the other people laughing and having a great time at the members expense is ridiculous! The first fraud charges we went there for were $300..in that hour a other $600 banged us..had these people done there job they could have prevented a hold on the $900 of our hard earned money..since it's pending they couldn't just block it..so maybe in a week we will get our money back..but I would recommend not going to this branch at all..truthfully it looks like a woke group exploded and is ruining vystar..Do your job..tellers do that kind of work at every branch and we pay you to work and protect our accounts..so do what you are supposed to.

Went in to start a business checking account for my new business and they said they wouldn’t accept my official tax documents in an email I got from the IRS unless it was printed. So, I asked if they could print it and they said no they can’t open emails from customers. I went to a different bank across the street not only did they let me email them, but had computers with a printer customers could use in the lobby. If you are starting a new business, go across the street, don’t go here.
