COMPLETE DISASTER!! Giving this pharmacy a 1-star is too much credit!! Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacist is great but hiring good staff must be a challenge for this area. Young incompetent staff with zero customer service skills. I’ve been given someone else’s medication by accident 2 times now. It’s like a fast food drive thru…you better check you bag before you get home! The girl checking me out was having a full on text conversation with her phone laying down next to the register looking down the whole time and never made eye contact. There is never a “hello” greeting or a “thank you” at all. I had an auto refill that I didn’t need and they called me 12 days in a row asking if I was coming to get it. Funny thing is there lack of service was the topic at a neighborhood Xmas party is was and everyone had terrible experiences as well……RUN dont walk!

Awesome experience at this Walgreens. Libby in the pharmacy department was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly.

I don't understand the mentality of people who choose to work in customer service and then decide to be as rude as possible to customers. I was asked for my "bin#" over the phone, but I wasn't sure I heard correctly, so I responded, "I'm sorry, did you say, 'pin#'?" and this woman was so rude that it actually startled me - huffing and puffing and complaining about how she can't help me if I can't help her. Earlier in the day, when I asked about whether they had a certain medication in stock, the young woman at that time was also shockingly rude. Both of the women in the pharmacy are savagely hostile and rude. They should quit and work someplace where they don't interact with anyone.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years, but today they lost my business. While checking out at the pharmacy, a black haired, middle aged woman with a thick accent ripped my credit card from my hand. I was in shock at the aggressive action and pulled my card back. I told her that action was unacceptable. When she started talking really loud I rolled my eyes. She then SCREAMED AT ME. Another customer seemed in shock when she was still yelling at me as I left.People like her should never interact with customers. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a business. I will go to CVS.

Scheduled booster and sat for 10 min after asking a tech if boosters were administered at location. Walked up to ask again if they do boosters and was told the system was down.I absolutely believe they would have let sit there like an idiot all day had I not asked again.Poor customer service. Will not come back.

If I could give a 0 I would but I can't. It's the worst Walgreens around WGV area. I always call first to make sure my prescription is ready the day before. I come the following day and guess what, it's not ready. I alway have to wait 15-20 minutes for it to be ready. This has happened multiple times. I will be changing pharmacy. I would NOT recommend this place to get prescription.

It seems everytime I go to the drive thru or inside, it takes 20+ minutes to deal with a line of 2 or 3 ahead of me. But hey it's close to home.

This Wallgreens is the closest location but I have had numerous issues here mainly with employees and with my Medical Ins. Card and the OTC items here that I have purchased since April 2019!! I have been buying the same items for years and suddenly at the register now they say the item is not ringing up OTC when it clearly continues to state OTC on the Yellow Label Sign and the item has rang up OTC for the past 2 years. This action has become serious and causes issues at the counter and makes other customers have to wait longer than they should. Walgreens, OTC, and United Healthcare Ins. Co. are Mis-Representing this Advantage Plan Benefit to Policy Holders. From one day to the next we never know what products that Walgreens has removed! I have not tried CVS...this Program works there also so I would suggest that those on this program start using CVS and see if the same issues occur. If they do not, stop going to Walgreens. If CVS has issues too...File Complaints with your Insurance Company, CVS Corporate, and with Walgreens Corporate Headquarters. Either the Program works Right or GET RID OF IT! Walgreens tries to say it depends on the Ins. Co. you are with BUT...that is NOT true at all since I was able to buy the same items since 2019 and even into 2020 and now mid term into 2021 the items suddenly do not qualify!? This is a TERRIBLE SYSTEM! This Program needs to be REMOVED if Walgreens and UHC cannot find a remedy to not continue to Mis-Represent this Advantage Plan Program. It's NOT WORTH THE PAIN!

Everytime we go to Walgreen's Pharmacy in Murabella it turns into a 45 minute ordeal. Today we waited in line for 15 minutes to pickup a prescription that I ordered 20 hours earlier and had been told it would be ready. I had received a call from their system that it was ready. When we finally got to the service window we were told the prescription wasn't quite ready. We were told it would be about 15 more minutes and we were asked to drive around and get back in line. We ran across the street to get a prescription for my wife from CVS which only took a few minutes. When we got back to the end of the line at Walgreen's there were 5 cars in line. It took 15 more minutes to to serve 4 of the cars. Then the last car ahead of us sat at the window for 15 minutes. We were asked to go around because our order would take 15 minutes but this last car never moved. Something like this happens everytime we use this Walgreen's. Unfortunately this is the only one within 10 miles of our house and our insurance has an agreement with the chain and makes use Walgreen's or some mail order system.

I dropped my prescription off three hours ago and got a phone call saying it was ready for pick up. I drive all the way over to pick it up and they only have one ready, and then I'm told the other one I'll take another 15 minutes. I always seem to have this problem at this pharmacy with them messing up my orders. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to

The pharmacist and pharmacy staff were excellent... attentive, patient, helpful. Got flu shots, her explained difference in dosage for elderly vs. middle-aged people. Cashier friendly. Lady in cosmetics VERY helpful with skin care and makeup product differentiation. Clean, organized store, great employees!
