Pharmacy tech was rude and unprofessional to both myself and to a customer on the phone. I usually have wonderful experiences with the pharmacies in other Walgreens so I was surprised to come across someone like this at this location.

Regrettably, my experiences with Walgreens pharmacy have consistently fallen short of expectations, warranting a one-star rating. The recurring issues with prescription refills are a cause for significant concern. Despite providing clear instructions, there have been instances where the incorrect prescription was refilled, leading to undue inconvenience and potential health risks.
Furthermore, the timeliness of prescription readiness for pick-up is severely lacking. Delays have been frequent, disrupting my treatment regimen and necessitating last-minute adjustments. This inconsistency in service reliability is deeply disappointing.
Equally troubling is the substandard level of customer service encountered during interactions with pharmacy staff. Instances of rudeness and dismissiveness have been distressingly common, creating a hostile environment for addressing concerns or seeking assistance.
In light of these persistent issues, I cannot in good faith recommend Walgreens pharmacy. Patients deserve a pharmacy that prioritizes accuracy, efficiency, and respectful customer engagement. Regrettably, these standards seem elusive within the confines of this establishment.
Prospective patrons are advised to explore alternative pharmacy options to ensure a more reliable and satisfactory healthcare experience.

It's dirty, just sitting by the pharmacy while waiting for my drug I could observe the filtiness on the floors and walls. They need to get a new cleaning company, if they even have one. The staff seems overwhelmed, also on the one at sr 16 and Ponce de Leon. I Don't like any Walgreens, but with my insurance I have to use Walgreens or I will have a hight out of pocket cost.

Well stocked pharmacy w/ photo services. The pharmacy is good in and of itself. Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. They also have a drive through.

Nasty lady at the receptionist desk , one of those know it all people. Need new staff . If there was a way to give negative stars I would. If u hate ur job that much LEAVE.

It seems that every time I pick up my script at the drive through I am completely ignored! Waiting for 15 minutes before they even came to the window! 2 more people behind me waiting as well. Very poor customer service! I’ll be looking into transferring my scripts elsewhere.

I love walgreens! And it's the only place I can find OFF bug repellant towelettes! I come here several times per week for RX and med care stuff for my step-dad who I am full time caregiver giver for. Great sales and you never know what you need until you see it. Always get my greeting cards and gift goodies here too.
