I've only been to this Warhammer store a handful of times, but every visit was a fun time and I could order what they didn't have available to be shipped to a store closer to my home. The manager, Elizabeth, used to work at my local Warhammer before she accepted her own store. So you will certainly have a lot of experience at your disposal thanks to her years working with GW merch.

Elizabeth really took her time with me with paint selection as I’m used to a different brand. She showed me how to use the Citadel app and told me about free live painting classes that I’m looking forward to attending!

A lovely store with a wonderful manager who was very helpful and made my shopping experience even better
She also nearly got me to spend an extra $150, so extra praise there for high quality salesmanship

Elizabeth is a great employee and really sells the brand! The store is lovingly maintained and has strong community engagement.
This location offers free monthly miniatures, paint classes, help with building your first free miniature, an exciting rewards program called Battle Honours, and much more!
As a new player I was really impressed with what's offered.

This is a great place to find your books, figures and paints. The staff is helpful and informative. If you're new to Warhammer these guys and gals can point you in the right direction. I'm more interested in the lore and they have a great selection of books from the "Black Library". Easily replaces Barns and Noble in that respect..

Just started out on my Warhammer journey and I could not have asked for a better place to start it. The store manager, Elizabeth, is fantastic. Extremely helpful. She helped me figure out what army I wanted to start with and even helped with painting tips.I highly recommend you check this store out if you have any interest in the hobby. You’ll be glad you did.

Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful when my son and I made our first visit to the store. She spent so much time with us, explaining the basics of 40k and answering all of our questions. We can't wait to build our combat patrols and head back for more.

Awesome store. Elizabeth walked us through paints and helped us decide what we would need for a full set. There were even a few fellows painting and they were happy to show us what they were working on and what the different paints looked like on models. Im very new to this, and was greeted with open arms, and it made it very easy to decide where to start, and to write this review. Im from Jacksonville, but this is definitely a store I will shop at.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Elizabeth took the time to teach my wife how to paint her first Kill Team Army. They have matches going almost everyday. Very fun place!
