Well, I'm here to reiterate the reviews here that these people are the real deal. Trustworthy, took the utmost care of my ring, and made it look better than it did 30 years ago. I highly recommend George and Danny at Carter's. They even did a clean up of my diamond anniversary ring and made it stunning, as well. Please support this family business. Not only will these 2 rings go back to them for written appraisals (finally), but I will bring more jewelry for service when I return next year. I can't thank you guys enough!!!”

“I spent a lot of time yesterday in the Movado company store in Saint Augustine, Florida outlets. This is a wonderful store with great service.. the two employees in the store Anna and Antonio could not have been more professional and helpful to me. I highly recommend you do your black Friday shopping and Christmas shopping here and for birthdays and anniversaries. I think they have something for everyone in many price ranges . About two hours after I made my purchase which was difficult because I had a hard time making up my mind between two specific watches. I changed my mind and came back for the watch I didn’t pick and they were wonderful about the exchange no problem or hassles.
