It's never been in for service or even an appraisal because I know how rare the sapphire is and you just don't know who you can trust. Well, I'm here to reiterate the reviews here that these people are the real deal. Trustworthy, took the utmost care of my ring, and made it look better than it did 30 years ago. I highly recommend George and Danny at Carter's. They even did a clean up of my diamond anniversary ring and made it stunning, as well. Please support this family business.
