I’ve been a customer of Waylen Bay for many years purchasing 3 boats from them over that time. The service staff like Brad and Al are always excellent to deal with and their lead tech Cody has been a great asset when having to solve complex issues. Highly recommend Brandon and crew there at Waylen.

Took 10 weeks for fix a few LEDs. Most items "not covered." Boat returned in filthy condition. Not impressive! Looking for a different dealership for future needs

Del Olsen, at Waylen Bay Marine at Cats Paw, is a great mechanical technician and also a great guy. A rare combo in the world if marine service. He’s really more of an engineer, with unique insight and solutions for outboards from his years of experience and training. It’s the best shop in St Augustine! Highly recommend.

My experience with Waylon Bay is always a very good one. I cheated on them one time trying to save a little $$ and what a disaster. I’ve dealt with Brad and Brent and they are both fantastic at their job. This last time I dealt with Brent. Communication was really great. He listened to my concerns and addressed all of them and got me out of there at the price told him I needed to be at. I’ll never use anyone else again. I’m Waylon Bay customer for life!!

We met Nathan at the Jax Boat show, extremely friendly and helpful answering questions. I advised him we were a bit away from a new purchase but if he found a used boat to let me know. A few weeks later we spoke and Waylen bay had taken a used Sea Fox in on consignment. I worked with Nathan and the entire team and made the purchase. They are very customer focused and willing to help in any way. I highly recommend them.

I bought a used boat from this dealership and they misrepresented a number of things about the boat during the sales process.
Biggest thing is I am now 30+ days since the sale and they still have not delivered me a title. I still cannot title or register the boat in my state and therefore can't use the boat since they still haven't given me a title.
They also represented that the troll motor worked and I ended up having to replace all batteries (they tested all dead at autozone) and replace the troll motor remote since it also didn't work properly. Stereo head also doesn't work properly and having to replace that.

I have to say that Del is one of the nicest people and business person I’ve ever met. Easy to take to, explained everything he needed to do and the why. The work was completed quickly. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know who needed quality service. Thank you again
