Yet another reason to not bank with Wells Fargo. I received a check from a business written on their Wells Fargo account. I take it into Wells Fargo down the street to cash it. Not a large number on the check. Only $150. First, you must come inside if you do not have a personal account with WF and she two forms of ID. Fine. They walk want to charge $7.50 to cash the check! But they are not consistent. I have cashed checks from the same business at the same bank for the same amount on other occasions, but today they want to charge me $7.50. Wells Fargo is very bad at the whole customer service thing. If you don't want to be a neighborhood bank, stop trying to be one.

If you want to feel like your on trial when you make a withdrawal then go here. Spent forty minutes here and still didn’t get what I needed. The manager was no help.

Have been a customer for 37 years and after today it won't go 38!!! Bank has been closed for the tropical Storm and finally opened today. Got there at 11:58am and had door locked in my face by manager. Yes I know it was the manager b/c he was 6" away from me on other side of glass door!! Horrible business when you say your open until 12pm!!!

I don't want to be too harsh but this particular branch is NOT known for "great" customer service. On any given day the bank is a ghost town but you have to make an appointment for just about everything. I think the approachability chart should be revisited.

My wife and I needed to open a joint account as we just got married. I tried calling the branch for 2 days to see if I needed to make an appointment for Saturday and never got anyone on the phone. We went in on Saturday morning right after the bank opened. The gentleman told us that we needed to make an appointment by phone and he was booked for the day. He asked who I assumed was his manager if she could help and she told us somewhat rudely that we needed to go online and create an account they didn't have time today. I guess she was to busy to get our business. We went in online to create an account, went through the waiting process, once we were approved we still didn't get an account number but we had an account open. Mind you we have about $10,000 that we needed to deposit from wedding gifts and payment from our business. I was able to make some mobile deposits last night and this morning I wake up to find out our account has been assigned for closure because of fraud suspicions. After spending an hour on the phone this morning the fraud department told me they flagged my own signature for possible forgery. Now, I am taking our joint money and my wife's business account to southstate bank where I've had an account for over 10 years. All of this could have been avoided and my time not wasted if someone wanted to take 5-10 minutes at this branch to help us open an account. Wells Fargo sucks.

They don’t give out temp cards, the actual card takes 7+ business days to get their if you create a new account. I walked in today today and was told sorry Apple Pay is the only way to access your account besides withdrawing the large sum . I wanted grocery food so I obviously played the game, but I will actually be looking into changing batches after my experience with this branch today.

We had several issues with our credit cards , and with the 800 # . We stopped by , without an appointment. Ran into Branch Manger Michelle. Not only did she " fix " handle our concerns ( in a short time ) she was answering phones , directing personal . Thank You ! Michelle.

Excellent service, very fast and efficient. Very clean and well maintained. Two ATM's for added convenience. Very well lite at night. Feels very safe & in a good location.

Stopped in to get a document notarized that required a witness signature. The bank would not provide a witness for us. Had to go to the UPS store, where they did so willingly.

Drive through went very fast. The inside tellers are open again for regular banking, and appointments are available for other banking services. Always the tellers and managers are polite, helpful and professional. I like this location very much

The service is extremely slow but I’ve experienced this with most banks, Jodie was attentive and nice and was clearly on top of everything while I was here!
