I used to be a customer and needed assistance, notarizing something. It involves my ex-wife, who still has an account. It was not that they could not serve me. It was that they looked at me before I said hello like I had done something wrong. Five people standing together glaring at me before I opened my mouth. There was no, sorry sir we cannot help you. I don't know why I was ever banking at this location. There are plenty of places to bank in St Augustine where employees are not angry to see you walk through the door. Went to Wells Fargo. They were kind, helpful, and will work with my ex, notarizing as a courtesy.

We had a wonderful experience. Needed To cash got checks and open a savings and checking acct The entire staff was soooooooh friendly and efficient. Especially Sarah Grateful it was a no stress situation

Let me start by saying I love this bank and give the overall bank 5 stars. However, this review is based on this branch only and a particular employee. One of the tellers named Olga Mikityuk is by far the most unfriendly person I have encountered in all my years banking with regions. Her poor customer service has resulted in not only disruption of my business but myself, as well as some of my employees that bank here, literally try to avoid her to get another teller! Go to a different line!
