Over the weekend, we took a trip to St. Augustine for a quick getaway. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to bring my camera charging cable along with me. The following morning, I made a quick visit to Winn-Dixie store to purchase a new charging cable. Lisa, who works at Winn-Dixie, kindly assisted me in finding the perfect charging cable for my camera. Thanks to her help, I was able to quickly get what I needed and continue with my trip.

Extraordinarily long checkout lines after 5pm. 1 register open at 6:30 pm with stacks of people in line. I left my goods and went elsewhere.

Put up a sign that tells people nobody is checking anyone out, so we can go somewhere else. 10 people standing to checkout with melting products isn't a good business decision.

I bought my son a Xbox card, but I went to the front desk and asked before I bought it if you could return it with a receipt and the bar not being scratched, and the lady said yes within 30 days. I went there today to return it, because my son said he couldn't use it because he is on auto pay fir X box prime for computer's. The female manager said "Black Hawk " brings all our gift cards in our store, but we don't take any of their cards back, not even within 30 days or even if you have a recirpt; but yet their front desk said I could return it, so I was lied too, and their staff is not trained well, so I will never buy a card from them again.

Pharmacy review: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Have you ever wanted less communication from the people in charge of handing out your doctor's prescribed medications? Boy is this the store for you. Not only will they fail to contact you after refusing to fill your medications but they will also be sure to treat you like an absolute low life for attempting to follow your treatment plan from your doctor.

I love this store. The employees are friendly if I interact with them, produce is good, and store has a great deli/cheese/fish/prepared food section. This is my go-to grocery store.

Buyer beware! This review is for the US-1 south new location. They haven't updated there location as yet. The weekend Ad had Boston Butts on sale for .99 lb. Meat manager told me they got in 8. Not enough by a long shot. John the manager refused to give a rain check. The Ad doesn't specify while supplies last. We will see if their district manager Jason or the regional mgr. Shaun correct this. If not stay away and go to Publix.

Good prices and deals-- PHARMACY staff are literally some of the rudest and most incompetent people I've ever met in my life!! I only come here because I live right next door but after 9 months of giving them a chance I will be transferring all meds back to Publix. I have to call to babysit them literally every time I need a medication - usually several times before it's done right. If you can even get them to answer the phone to begin with.... They will say they have no medication request from the Dr when they didn't even check the voicemail phone line for HOURS. They'll say it'll be ready and 5 hours later after calling to confirm, it's not (doctor called in the medicine 2 weeks prior and it was never filled!) and then they're rude about it all as if it's the customers fault that they aren't doing their job. One of them literally bullied me out of using my GoodRX coupon to save $8 and told me that the consumer & GoodRX is putting pharmacists out of business with those and told me I should vote when I insisted the drug companies rip us off with outrageous prices in response to his remarks about me trying to use a GoodRX coupon. When I say they're RUDE & INCOMPETENT -- it's next level!! Go somewhere else, anywhere else!! PHARM: My dogs cancer and anti-seizure medicine comes from here-- DO YOUR JOB! ITS IMPORTANT!! OR GO FIND ANOTHER OCCUPATION!

Always check your receipt at this Winn Dixie. This isn't the first time I've been subjected to misleading bogos and bait and switch tactics. Today it was bogo community coffee. The bogo signs were under all the blends, but when they didn't ring up that way the clerk..then manager...told me it was only for the house blend and not the dark blend. Not according to the signs on the shelves, which were under all the boxes, and the mailer. Also, I bought 2 smart waters. One was $1.00 and the other was $1.79. Publix May be more expensive, but they don't try to cheat you.

Convenient to my hotel room but Winn-Dixie gun show its shortcomings all too often. The grocery chain has fallen considerably in popularity as brands like Publix puts a strong emphasis on customer service, yet Winn-Dixie chooses to allow a sloppy store, long lines and poor customer service to continue to mar the experience that they can offer.

Winn-Dixie is a Southern grocery chain store. The produce is always fresh and well displayed at this store. They have a good selection on the shelves and are always stocked with merchandise. The associates are always friendly and quick at checkout. The Customer service desk always has great people working that are so helpful. Make sure to sign up for the discount card. You get points for every dollar you spend that you can use for you groceries. Also make sure you're on their emailing list. You can look through the flyers and save coupons electronically. We love the meat/seafood department. If you don't see the cut of meat you want just ask. They are very accommodating. You can also get fresh ready made foods like rotisserie chickens, salads, cakes and breads. Nice place to do your grocery shopping.

Well this Winn-Dixie store was right down the street from my hotel about a mile, and if I lived here I think I'd be going to the store a whole lot. Clean, yes I'd call it very clean. Produce, very attractive. Selection , it looked excellent on every aisle. So I picked up a couple items I needed or at least I wanted, I don't think I really needed anything. And went to the checkout. The checkout people were very friendly very polite and extremely engaging which to me shows they enjoy their job, and really care about their customers. Like I say I'd shop here in a heartbeat

Always out of stock of something I am looking for and store seems dingy. Too many homeless people lurking around outside for my liking. I'll take the trip up to Publix or Trader Joe's any day.

Be careful of scammers who want you to send them money
