This was a wonderful venue for a Game and Party Con event. Beautiful surroundings. Good breakfast. Conveniently located near a Bucc ees too.

I was immensely impressed with the quality of the customer service that I received when I arrived at this hotel. Every member of the staff was most eager to help me with any of my questions and needs. The porter not only directed me to the front desk but personally escorted me so that I would be sure to find it. There was always someone around to assist if you have any needs whatsoever. It was a breath of fresh air to find an establishment nowadays where the staff is truly going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. My congratulations and appreciation to the staff and management of this hotel.

Do NOT allow them to assign you to room 819. Horrible sewer gas emits from the toilet which is not properly set. A ton of caulk used around the base of toilet to compensate for proper setting. Had to purchase air freshener & constantly keep balcony door open for fresh air. Chipped/Rust areas in tub. Dirty grout. Bed was comfortable. Grounds were well kept.

Long review, BUT, I believe the golf community should be made aware of how one of it's PGA REPRESENTATIVES has no TRUE concerns about the conditions of the course under his care, or the people that TRULY DO CARE ABOUT THE COURSE AND ITS FACILITIES!This review is NOT about World Golf Village, it is about REAGAN DAVIS who is in charge of one of the golf courses there. REAGAN DAVIS is in his own words, A FAT HEADED IDIOT,,, HIS words, not mine. MY words wouldn't be so kind!(This review will be added to and kept fresh)REAGAN DAVIS chose to allow golfers to DRIVE THEIR CARTS UP ONTO THE GREENS, AND RUN OFF ONE OF THE BEST MARSHALLS FOR BRINGING IT TO HIS ATTENTION!REAGAN DAVIS came to our course which was not in the best of conditions before he showed up, BUT was in worse shape when he left.REAGAN DAVIS is a very selfish, non-caring and uncompassionate person. He was more interested in his collection of golf bags than the layout of golf merchandise for our club members, their guests, and anybody else who came to play. He always compared things to the Medina Golf & Country Club, which is among the MOST EXPENSIVE GOLF COUNTRY CLUBS IN THE WORLD!(More details on REAGAN DAVIS'S characteristics to follow)

Outstanding location. I rate it 5 stars. It is in a bit of a decline because the PGA is gone from the siteHowever, the location and remaining sites of interest are interesting and fun!

Drove 6 hours from Georgia to play and got there and was charged $250.00 to play 18 holes!!???Was overcharged just because it was the week of the players. Funny how we played the next day at another course and it was just as nice if not nicer for $60!!! Great job guys

Well my review is more about the Crystal Palace. What a great little hidden gem in the heart of World Golf Village! My daughter's friend who has been almost a daughter to me got married there. It is a beautiful, simply decorated and yet very glamorous without trying to be gaudy. We arrived very early and were able to see the operation putting together the place for the wedding. It's a well kept clean place where the employees look like they take personal pride in making your event beautiful and meaningful without any worry. Justin the bartender was especially courteous and accommodating to our requests. If you are looking for a beautiful venue give Crystal Palace a try.
