I say this with a minimum of exaggeration: this is probably the worst Chinese food that I have ever had. You’d be better placed microwaving a bag of frozen vegetables, dousing it in store bought teriyaki, and serving it on top of uncle Ben’s then eating this sad garbage.The hot and sour soup tasted foul. It was completely Americanized. The dominant ingredient were Pizza mushrooms—shiitake let alone wood ear or lily bud were totally absent. It lacked the white pepper punch that a hot and sour soup should have. Instead, there were some red chili flakes. The soup was oily and unsatisfying.The Chinese eggplant dish was not fully cooked—the eggplants were still chewy and not tender. The flavor profile was not horrible, but the texture was.The chicken and vegetables dish was flavorless and came with a sickly sauce for flavor. This was very dull but at least edible.On top of all this extremely mediocre food: it also took well over an hour for them to cook it, despite an original ETA of 20 minutes.

We ordered delivery this past Friday night. The food came in a really cool Yummy Wok red insulated bag...Excellent touch- The food was nothing short of Fantastic!! Yummy Wok is now our go-to for Chinese. Great Job guys! Don't change a thing.

Egg Roll seemed to be refried several times was almost hollow inside and tasted like old grease. The fried rice was not any better cold and greasy with only the taste of the old grease. Teriyaki beef had absolutely no flavor. I know that they can do better there because I have had better there.

Ordered chicken fried rice, not very good at all. The chicken was boiled and there was no flavor at all. Also ordered the pork fried wontons. I don't know if they were double dipped or not, but they were extremely greasy. Also, the wonton skin was still raw on the inside. I was really looking forward to some good chicken fried rice, but not here.

I heard about yummy wok and I read about the reviews. Also, I am really glad that I went after six years. I’m looking for good Chinese takeout. I found it. I don’t have pics but I can tell you if you’re looking for the closest thing you can get up north if that’s where you’re coming from then yummy wok is absolutely the place to go.It’s in a strip mall right next to Winn-Dixie on Ponce de Leon in Saint Augustine,Across the street from Dunkin’ Donuts so I’m really glad that I went and I definitely will be coming back as my new for Chinese takeout oh, by the way, they even have duck and some different soups which is really nice for a change. I ordered the vegetable delight and it has the best spices I ever tasted and the prices are lowest anywhere, not that that matters to me. It’s the taste and quality of the food, and they do deliver. The people that run it are very very nice I believe their from NY and the places is absolutely spotless. Look at the kitchen while you stand at the counter you’ll see what I mean.Chicken teriyaki is really good not dried out crab Rangoon very good and the cheapest I think in town and their pork fried rice is really really good. It’s got nice little vegetables diced in it delicious so five stars for me and take my word for it just go and try it for yourself you’ll see. so if you’re craving you’re good old Chinese from the northeast give them a try. I’m so glad that I did.Vegetarian options: The only place I've been to where they use baby corn and not Zucchini !!Can't wait to try the Chinese eggplant with garlic sauce next.Dietary restrictions: Order the way you want it, I did !!

SERVICE HORRIBLE!STAFF RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!FOOD BEING DELIVERED TO A HOTEL OR ESPECIALLY A “HOSPITAL” NAPKINS & UTENSILS SHOULD BE ALREADY INCLUDED!WHEN THE BUSINESS “STAPLES” THE BAG IT IS NOT ALOUD TO BE OPENED BY A DELIVERY DRIVER BECAUSE IT WILL LOOK TAMPERED WITH!FOOD TASTED LIKE IT WAS FRIED IN DIRTY OIL! DO NOT RECOMMEND!ADVICE COMING FROM SOMEONE N THE FOOD INDUSTRY!SHOULD BE ZERO STAR!

One of the best Chinese restaurants in St aug. I've been impressed every time I order. Fried rice and home style bean curd is awesome. However, the general tso tofu was liquidy and wish it had a little more stickiness. I will order again!!

We had food delivered. They forgot part of our order and sent another door dasher. The door dasher was very rude and confused but I know that’s not the fault of the restaurant. The food was good but I’ve definitely had better. I really like the orange chicken.
