I have been going to this nail shop since 2021 when I moved here. Each time the customer service is amazing. All nail techs do an amazing job and execute any picture or ideas given to them. I rate them a 10/10!!

The services I received today at Zen Nails and Spa were outstanding! I could not be more pleased with the deluxe pedicure done by Mia. I received compliments at the drive-thru on the gel nails and design the male tech at Zen did for me. I showed him a photo of the nail design, and he perfected the exact design on my nails. The eyebrow wax was the best I've had. The salon is clean, neat, and organized. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, even down to the music that is being played. I would definitely return to this spa the next time I am in Saint Augustine. Thank you for a great experience.

Been going to Andrea for 2 years now, she is an excellent nail tech. Today we did just pedicure and acrylic fill manicure. Love our visits together. Highly recommend her. Her nail art is beautiful too.

All of the techs here are absolutely wonderful! I have come a few times by myself, but last time came with my sister who is blind. Everyone was incredibly accommodating with her disability, was super friendly, and had her laughing and telling jokes our entire visit! It really made the experience so special and I would not go anywhere else now!
