I stopped in because I was in that part of town and I needed a part for my car and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. They even helped me save some money because I couldn't find my coupon in my email. Their rewards program is the best I have found for any of the auto parts stores.

My contribution is as a former employee of this place. I started working in this store in December 2022 as a part-time driver. My shift was from 8am - 2pm and even leaving my main job at 7am I ALWAYS ARRIVED ON TIME (unappreciated responsibility).
At the end of January my schedule was reduced to 6 hours a week. I went to the store looking for the manager to talk about my schedule and I couldn't find him. I talked to the supervisor Tommy and said: Do I still work here? I only have 6 hours, I'm better off doing Lyft. I then sent an email to the manager Mr. JIM HUDSON. First email was ignored. I sent him a text and it was ignored too. I wrote to him again by email and nothing. I texted him more and he replied: “Give me a little bit to look over the schedule and see what I can come up with.” A week passed and I wrote to him again to get no response. Today I sent him an emoji ??♀️ and his response was: that you have lost a lot of time from your schedule blah blah blah. Obvious! If you never came with a solution to my schedule?. Anyway, he fired me when I sent him an emoji and he did it via text. He never solved my schedule and I am apparently the irresponsible one.
So not only do they give poor service to the customer but to the employees as well. Don't judge the people in front because no one knows what they have to deal with with mediocre bosses like Mr. HUDSON.

I like Advanced Auto over Auto Zone because of the service you recieve. Recently I walked in the guy at the counter asked how are you and can I help you with something. I said sure my car's warranty just ran out and I need to do an oil change. I gave him the year and such. He looked it up. Gave some options then even went and got the oil and filter for me. I could have got it myself but he did it. Try to get that type of service at the before mentioned store. That wasn't my first time there either. That's how it always is there.

About four weeks ago I visited this Auto Store to purchase some engine cleaner. Went into the store and looked but could not find the product.There were four employees in the store. I approached someone who had an 'Assistant Manager' badge on. I asked her to help me find the product. She curtly told me to go look on the shelf and then totally ignored me. She could have told me where to look. After about 10 minutes I found it. Came up to check out and the employee check me out sitting down. He wasn't the most pleasant person.Their concept of good customer service needs significant improvement. I will never return to this store.
