Purchased an item which I have a receipt for I had to wait days for it to come in, so decided to purchase the same item from a different advance auto parts store of the street in St. Cloud. I tried to return the part that I never even picked up. With receipt in hand, Laura, the manager is saying that she cannot refund my money. This is not policy. I don't know what's going on with this place but it's gone downhill what is disappointment?

Went in with a dead battery this morning and from the moment I entered the store, Ataberk gave me all my options for my make and model. He was very knowledgeable about the battery options and explained all the pros and cons for the more expensive and less expensive options respectively. I made a quick decision, and he removed the old and replaced the new battery for me. His customer service was appreciated. As far as I am concerned he exceeded my expectations for the visit today and I wanted to say thanks! Ataberk gave amazing customer service and I highly recommend this store for your auto parts needs!

I'm leaving a review here because I can't on the website.Bought an AGM 31 marine battery less then 18 months ago. 1st battery stopped working within 6 months, warranty exchanged it, 2nd battery stopped working within 9 months.Can't exchange it again, warranty only covers 1 exchange. For a 300 dollar battery I expected at LEAST a few years from it.Garbage products. Garbage warranty. Go to Costco, they give a FULL refund allowing you to purchase another battery for a bad product. Unlike Advanced.

This place has the worst customer service ever. If you show up at the door at 9:02pm and even if they have people inside and customers inside and see you coming, they will run to the door and locked the door in your face and then laugh in your face while you there at the door. Do not waste your time at this place. They sell you batteries that are bad and they do not care. They need to change the whole staff specially management. They need a better customer service training

I will never be going here again if I can put 0 stars. I would but the 2 women who were working made it very specific and clear that because they are women. They don't know anything about cars and they're not sure why they are even there to work. I'm not sexist I could care less whether its a woman or a man, but they didn't know anything nor offer help besides that the one specified "the men will be in at 3"

Good place for some small odds and ends. Nice staff that works here. Not my number 1 auto store but does sometimes have stuff that other stores don't.
