Terrible dental care? My husband visited their office in Saint Cloud for a crown on June 2024. The crown only last for 3 days which cause him pain. He was told to go back to get it fixed. The dentist had to remove the piece of tooth that under the crown. He was told that that it couldn’t be repaired but they could make a tooth in his bridge. Well guess what, it fell in a couple days. They repaired again and it only lasted a month. Again he went to the office and was offered other treatments but he had to pay $1,600 more. He lost $ 1,502 for their awful and crappy job.

Terrible office. The staff never knows what’s going on. One person says one thing then another person says another thing. I booked an appointment here and made it very clear while booking my appointment on the phone with staff that I was a first time client so I will need X-rays and a cleaning. After I booked I came in for my appointment and I was there for over an hour and the only thing they accomplished was x rays and said I had to come back for a cleaning. I immediately left and requested my file and X-rays so that I can go to another dentist they had me fill out a release form and Katherine Bueno Paulino the “Office Lead” sent me an email stating that I will receive the digital X-rays and file in “3-5 business days, probably less”. 1 week later I still have not received anything so I called the office to find out what’s the delay and Alyssa the “Office Manager” says it takes 7-10 business days to receive a digital copy. She then proceeds to constantly cut me off while I was trying to tell her what her staff told me in a written email and she didn’t want to hear what I had to say she was so stuck at repeating that it takes 7-10 days. Honestly I recommend you don’t waste your time and go find another dentist. Aspen Dental is a Joke!

Amazing Dr and staff !!! The Dr is amazing felt no pain at all with the procedure that was done. The Dr is very friendly and comforts you entire time.

Today was the first time I had been to Aspen dental (St. Cloud) and I had an amazing experience from the front office staff, X-ray tech, hygienist, dental asst, financial, and of course the dentist himself. (Dr. Hernández) I will definitely be using them from here on. Kind, professional, and they really take their time to help understand everything. Kudos to them all!

Went to this dentist for a consultation regarding my wisdom teeth. The doctor is nice, however the lady at the front dest kept rolling her eyes when someone had a question or when there’s a call. After the consultation they told me that the estimate cost of the wisdom teeth removal was almost $1000 and that’s already included my 80% coverage from my insurance. And then they asked me to pay in full in order to schedule the appointment with the dental surgeon which was 2 weeks away from the day of the consultation. Like thats so absurd. I ended up going to Kissimmee Oral Surgery and they only charged me $450.

After visiting 4 dental offices I finally received magnificent care in every way. From when they receive you at the front desk, then with the assistants and at the end with the dentist, an excellent professional, who patiently answered all my questions!!
