“What an amazing experience! My truck had been totaled (aluminum truck + 120lbs deer * velocity = airbag deployment) and I was heavily on the hunt for another truck for over 3 weeks. I tried dealerships in Jacksonville, Fruitland, Orlando, Tampa, Chiefland and Gainesville. None of them were willing to deal like the folks at Kisselback. Ray was my sales guy and he was super professional and straightforward. Communication (text, email, and phone) was highly effective and the purchase process was so smooth it'd make those car vending machine folks blush. They truly didn't try to up sell on any BS like other places do. When I said "No thanks" to something I was listened to and we keep driving on. Speaking of, being 2.5hrs from the dealership and conflicting schedules I ended up buying the truck online (first time doing that) and it was delivered to me in less than 48hrs at no additional charge. Again, corporate dealerships eat your heart out. I don't think you will go in blind as you're looking at Yelp reviews. That said, do your research on what you want, what the NADA values are, be highly familiar with the car buying process (pay attention to itemized costs on the buyers sheet) and give Ray and the goof folks at Kisselback a call. They really do their best to earn business. The next time I'm in the market for another vehicle I'll be hollering at Kisselback and Ray to help get me rolling.”

(She even called ahead to be sure the item was available.) She also displayed advanced knowledge of the issue I was facing, as well as sharing her computer screen with me so we could figure out together what to do. “10 months ago I had a very bad experience with another location and my car wasn’t fixed. HOWEVER Andre went over and beyond to make sure that I would 1. Never have to experience that again and 2. Have my car fixed perfectly. Andre and his team- Haley, Angel and Robert worked hard and came together to not only make sure that my car was fixed correctly but to go over and beyond for me. They were extremely kind, very good at keeping communication with me at all times, and made sure everything I needed was fully taken care of. Andre and Angel came personally over an hour away to get my car, look at it and bring it back and fourth to the facility to my house. They even went further and fixed another huge damage on my car out of the kindness of their hearts. I am beyond grateful for these people! I couldn’t recommend them more! They truly have a customer for life from me.”
“Went in with a dead battery this morning and from the moment I entered the store, Ataberk gave me all my options for my make and model. He was very knowledgeable about the battery options and explained all the pros and cons for the more expensive and less expensive options respectively. I made a quick decision, and he removed the old and replaced the new battery for me. His customer service was appreciated. As far as I am concerned he exceeded my expectations for the visit today and I wanted to say thanks! Ataberk gave amazing customer service and I highly recommend this store for your auto parts needs!”
“I love how every one is quick to give the bad reviews but they never give the good reviews the fact that I've worked on over 100 cars in the last 6 months and yet no one left 1 good review but they was quick to give that bad review just to make my business look bad but when they give that bad review they never mention how much the body shop would have charged them to do the repairs or how long the body shop/dealer said it would take.....keep in mind I do the repairs for these people and they never offer a bottle of water Weil I'm working on their cars in their drive way in 90 degree weather..”
“My experience with this Auto Care have been different at various occasions. I took my SUV twice this month to install tires. Both times my experience was great. Let me give you my advice for a good experience. If your car needs tires buy them online at Walmart.com and have them shipped to the store. Make an appointment online to have them installed. DO NOT show up. That’s what everybody does and then they have to wait hours because the appointments take priority. Buying your tires online assures you that they will have the tire size and model that you want. When you buy online, you can see all the brands and prices and you choose exactly what you want.
If you try to go to the store to buy tires, you may not find what you want or even the price that accommodates your budget. Bill, the manager, it’s a very fair person. I have dealt with him throughout the years and he’s always been very friendly and accommodating. The cashier Alida is also friendly and knowledgeable. Joel, the mechanic knows what he’s doing. If you follow what I am saying here you will have a better experience at this store.”
