“Friendly staff. Told should be about 1 hour to - hour 15 mins. I waited. Saw my car being parked and tech bringing paperwork in. After approx another 45 mins. I asked if my car was ready. I was told that things were hectic today. He apologized. Then told me they recommended an air filter and asked me if I wanted them to do. I said no. I had already waited 45 mins for the paperwork to be completed; I was not waiting any longer.”

“Took my car here to get an oil change, and i’ll definitely be back! Great service, and Jackie at the front was very friendly. I enjoyed seeing how nice they all were with others getting services done as well. Someone else needed actual repairs while I was there and Shamrock was thorough with their checks to confirm a problem in order not to do unnecessary work (saving her money). The customer had questions and Jackie took every inquiry seriously and went to get an answer for the customer right away.

“DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I took my car to another mechanic because my car was making a rattle type noise every time I would back out of the garage when I first started up. WELL-they told me 'several' things were wrong-one thing my air conditioner was leaking, my struts were the cause of the noise and I had valve cover leak. So they told me the air was about to go and to fix that first, I did $1300 later. You know they say listen to your gut...I just didn't feel right about these guys and I knew of Mark from a friend of mine so I took her in for them to do an evaluation. WELL my struts are fine NO valve leak or leaks ANYWHERE it ended up being the motor mounts needed replacing!! Did my air really have a leak?? I'll never know now, but lessons learned! Mark and crew are honest and fairly priced!!! Thank you Mark for being such a great honest mechanic!! Won't be taking our vehicles anywhere else from now on!!!”

“These guys went above and beyond for me! My truck and trailer broke down outside of town. They cleared a spot for my trailer to be parked until repairs could be made. They wasted no time diagnosing the problem which they found in a matter of 10 minutes. It was a busted radiator fan clutch which had destroyed a wire harness. Instead of having to wait for a new OEM harness Andrew was able to repair the wires for me and get me back on the road asap! I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and his team. The repairs were extremely affordable. These guys are the best mechanics I’ve ever done business with!”

“What an amazing experience! My truck had been totaled (aluminum truck + 120lbs deer * velocity = airbag deployment) and I was heavily on the hunt for another truck for over 3 weeks. I tried dealerships in Jacksonville, Fruitland, Orlando, Tampa, Chiefland and Gainesville. None of them were willing to deal like the folks at Kisselback. Ray was my sales guy and he was super professional and straightforward. Communication (text, email, and phone) was highly effective and the purchase process was so smooth it'd make those car vending machine folks blush. They truly didn't try to up sell on any BS like other places do. When I said "No thanks" to something I was listened to and we keep driving on. Speaking of, being 2.5hrs from the dealership and conflicting schedules I ended up buying the truck online (first time doing that) and it was delivered to me in less than 48hrs at no additional charge. Again, corporate dealerships eat your heart out. I don't think you will go in blind as you're looking at Yelp reviews. That said, do your research on what you want, what the NADA values are, be highly familiar with the car buying process (pay attention to itemized costs on the buyers sheet) and give Ray and the goof folks at Kisselback a call. They really do their best to earn business. The next time I'm in the market for another vehicle I'll be hollering at Kisselback and Ray to help get me rolling.”
