“Finding a good, honest, reasonably priced mechanic is one of the hardest challenges you will ever face for your automobile.My husband found Kirks auto repair just by chance which took my Ford F150 in to have the air conditioner chapped, Kirkman necessary repairs and my AC was working excellent.A short time later I needed front brakes along with drums on my truck, Kurt never pressured us in anyway but we opted to go ahead and do the rear brakes and at the same time, the work was done within one day, the price was extremely reasonable.Just last week I took my truck in because I hit a bad bump on Hickory tree Road in the construction zone, my front tires were losing air and I took it into Kirk to have it checked, he kept my vehicle overnight and corrected the issues at no charge. I have never in my life, had a mechanic that I have been more satisfied with.Kirks auto repair will get all of our business for every vehicle we own as long as we live within driving distance”

“My fiancé had an unexpected issue with his car as it was leaking break fluid rapidly and was unable to drive it home after work. This happened on Thursday evening before Good Friday, and in Saint Cloud, which is about an hour away from home for us. Of course all shops were closed by that time and we didn't even know if anyone would be open the next day due to the holiday. We had to leave the car in a nearby store overnight, and the next morning we got to calling several different shops. Since we had to get it towed, we looked for places nearby and found a couple of them with good ratings, but none would take the car at that time. Then we found Shamrock Service Center, which also had good ratings, and decided to give it a try.The lady at the front desk answered and was super sweet and professional, and quickly got his information in the system and agreed for us to bring in the car even though they already had a tight schedule. We were super thankful. A few hours later, we arrived with the tow truck to drop off the car. We explained what the issue was, and also added a few other things on top of it that we wanted them to check out since the car had previous issues with the fuel line as well as needing an oil change.***(Mind you, to put it into perspective I think it's important you know that 1) we had previously gotten a quote from the Ford dealership for the fuel issue which they estimated over the phone at about a $600-$700 cost. And 2) we also had a different mobile mechanic take a look for this issue, who found a bunch of different issues and supposed parts we needed to change, charged $80 for diagnosing the issues and we tipped him since he came to us last minute. He said he had ordered the parts and would come back and he never showed or answered any more calls - he completely ghosted us after scamming the money off of us.)***Anyways, going back to Shamrock... we we went ahead and left the car at Shamrock that day, and later got the call with their findings. For all three services, breaks, fuel issue, and oil change (including parts and labor) they estimated a cost within $600 and for work to be completed by Tuesday. Again, this was Friday and this was all last minute in their schedule. They had quite a few cars there when we arrived, too. Best believe they stayed true to their words, and they were done on Tuesday as promised. The cost was accurate, too, and the car has not had any issues since then! Service was impeccable and all staff were true professionals. We will definitely be making Shamrock our new official mechanics for anything that we may need in the future (even if it is an hour away, totally worth it!) We appreciate the service and honest work.”

“I had a tire that continuously lost air, I took my truck to Tire Kingdom in town, was told that the tire could not be repaired because the damage was on the side tread-wall. They were really persistent on wanting to sell me a new tire.I told her my tires were under warranty and I would just return to where I’d purchased from.I hadn’t had time today get to the tire dealer, meanwhile my tire was still losing air.I took my truck to Gator Lake Auto Service.My tire was repaired for $28 bucks.Joe, the owner shook my hand and said “I guarantee my work, if you have any issues, just bring it back here.”If I don’t add to this post, then everything worked out.This business also rents U-Hauls and fills propane tanks.The parking lot is a bit to be desired, but, it is a shop.”

“We had no water and when I call the person that took care of our water treatment, we were told that we needed a new well. I wanted a second opinion and I was given this company as a recommendation and I was not disappointed. Mr. Gary Lamb came out and did a through inspection and said that I just needed a repair and not a whole new well. New well= $12,000. Repair cost=$1100. Some trees needed to be removed so that he could get his truck in and he even called a person who came out the next day and did the clearing. Wonderful service.”
