“I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision - St. Cloud after my 2024 Ford F-150 Tremor was vandalized, resulting in a broken window and water damage from overnight rain.
From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful, caring, and extremely organized. They handled the entire insurance claim process and kept me informed with updates every step of the way, making a stressful situation much easier.
A special thank you to Rich, the technician in charge of my repairs. He listened to all of my concerns, addressed each one, answered my questions throughout the process, and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. When I picked up my truck, he took the time to walk me through all of the work that had been completed and ensured everything met my expectations.
The truck was returned in like-new condition with incredible attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond.
I also want to recognize the gentleman who provided transportation to and from my home during the repair process. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but he was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

“I had a great experience at AD1. Just moved to FL from NH and my AC stopped working. The owner was wicked nice and took time to see me right away. He was very thorough and took the time to actually explain in detail what was wrong with it and how all the components work so I could understand what was going on as I was very stressed and he found a cheeper temporary fix while I get the funds to actually fix it. You can tell him and his team are very genuine and know what they are doing. I really appreciated this man’s time and good energy. Will definitely be going to him again if need be.”

“Marks place is amazing. Small but comfy waiting area. I needed new brakes on my car. Unsure if I needed, front, rear or both. I was expecting them to tell me both. But they were honest and said the front were perfectly fine. Just the rear rotors and pads.
Service was done in a timely manner.
When they did a test drive, a tech drove the car and the owner Mark sat in the passenger seat.
They've earned my trust and future business. I highly recommend them.”
“Took my 2003 Cadillac DeVille with 174,000 miles to the Auto Clinic for A/C service. Cooling was on the low end.
Sam serviced the system and kept me informed each step of the process. Purged and refilled to proper levels and replaced cabin and air filters. Price was very reasonable and courteous.
When you have a car that is 23 years old there are service centers that really do not know how to fix older vehicles.
Sam at Auto Clinic actually rebuilds cars and is very knowledgeable.
Other larger auto shops have a “technician” who services your vehicle and then gives a counter person a piece of paper. So you at the mercy of 2 people who have little or no experience with older vehicles
Sam at The St Cloud Auto Clinic knows cars from the ground up and treats you fairly.
Do not go to service centers with an older car and expect that they really care to do a proper repair

“What an amazing experience! My truck had been totaled (aluminum truck + 120lbs deer * velocity = airbag deployment) and I was heavily on the hunt for another truck for over 3 weeks. I tried dealerships in Jacksonville, Fruitland, Orlando, Tampa, Chiefland and Gainesville. None of them were willing to deal like the folks at Kisselback. Ray was my sales guy and he was super professional and straightforward. Communication (text, email, and phone) was highly effective and the purchase process was so smooth it'd make those car vending machine folks blush. They truly didn't try to up sell on any BS like other places do. When I said "No thanks" to something I was listened to and we keep driving on. Speaking of, being 2.5hrs from the dealership and conflicting schedules I ended up buying the truck online (first time doing that) and it was delivered to me in less than 48hrs at no additional charge. Again, corporate dealerships eat your heart out. I don't think you will go in blind as you're looking at Yelp reviews. That said, do your research on what you want, what the NADA values are, be highly familiar with the car buying process (pay attention to itemized costs on the buyers sheet) and give Ray and the goof folks at Kisselback a call. They really do their best to earn business. The next time I'm in the market for another vehicle I'll be hollering at Kisselback and Ray to help get me rolling.”
