I recently had an issue with parts from AutoZone not matching my vehicle, which was quite frustrating.
However, I want to highlight the exceptional service I received during the return process. Both Xavier and Daniel, “the store manager Daniel” , were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They handled my return smoothly and ensured I felt supported throughout the process. I'm grateful for their willingness to make things right and hope that the issue with the parts can be resolved in the future. This experience has reinforced my trust in AutoZone thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Xavier and Daniel.

Had a horrible time trying to get my battery replaced. Not even two years ago we purchased a battery from AutoZone and the warranty that comes with. It is a three-year warranty. We had been to two car repair shops in the last year for oil changes and they said the battery wasn’t functioning proper. I went to AutoZone to try and get the battery replaced with the coverage under the warranty and was given lots of questions. They tested the battery and couldn’t find anything wrong and I had to debate with the salesman and the manager to get a new battery two different places have been telling me that the battery wasn’t working right. If it was just one place I understand It could’ve been a fluke, but two different places? I don’t you have a warranty for warranty should be honored.

Miss Nilsa the assistant manager is the bomb! She not only tested my battery she replaced it. Her personable, professional attitude and customer service is phenomenal. Miss Nilsa is definitely an asset to the company!

Here on out of town weekend trip. The young gentleman who had been working here a total of 3 WHOLE DAYS .. knew the answers to all of our questions and hooked us up to the machine that performs diagnostic tests to find out what's wrong and ran it all like a pro! He was very professional and had great manners! Kudos to his parents as well as AZ. You've got yourself a good one AZ! Even though all tests came back normal we still broke down otw back home, but cars are cars and who knows what's going on? It was towed and it was not at all, the fault of Auto Zone! I have the paperwork printed, all good. (We believe it's something a bit more. After we get the report from the mechanic I will update the review) Great young man there. He will excel!
Now the manager, as we were unable to get an oil cap right away for our car and we needed to go to a junkyard to find one....THAT was gonna be fun fun fun! Not! The manager, so sweet he was! He had an extra in his truck and gave it to us!!!! Right?!?! Free of charge! I was flabbergasted! Who does that in this day and age? Not many! Saved us money and a whole lot of time and effort! Thank you again, Sir! Bless all of you at this store off of 192. There should be more stores expecting excellence and more parents letting out into the world, such great respectful kids! Way to go!

I found myself in need of a battery on Christmas weekend. Luis was incredibly helpful and professional while assisting me, others, AND answering the phone. He replaced my battery quickly and maintained outstanding customer service for all of us throughout. He is definitely an asset to this business and location.
